The staff was nice. And the breakfast was good. But the room was disgusting. The floor was peeling up. The door was coming off the frame. The furniture was falling apart. We found a bug in the room. The shower pan was cracked. Overall, gross.

The room next to me had a crying Baby and the one on the other side a barking dog. The bathroom sink was cracked and the shower stall had a large tear in the fiberglass.

Laminate floor in room needed repaired in places. Other places were sticky. No soap in bathroom. Heat/AC did not work for first half of stay. Staff said half of the rooms were non-functioning. Eventually got manager and front desk clerk to fix the thermostat.

Il like that the hotel is near of interstate 81. It’s very clean and the room is large. The breakfast was better 4 years ago.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. It does seem a little run down and not exactly spotless, but it was clean enough. Staff was friendly.

Fine for a good price
It was fine. Nothing fancy. Not too expensive. The ladies working the front desk were nice. The breakfast was hot. The bed was comfortable

The property felt clean overall but the room we were in smelled like a cat liter box that needed cleaned. We arrived late and did not request a room change, but we were only staying overnight.

The bed made nosies when you sat or laid down, The was child drawings on the walls in the bathroom with pink marker that was attempted tp clean off prior to my using the room. A/C / Heater blower kept forcing the inner curtains to fan out and trapping the heat in the curtains. I had to bunch the curtains against the window to keep them from catching the air flow.

Excellent service, prices, and cleanliness!
I have stayed at 7 different hotels this month. This hotel was by far my favorite! Breakfast was actually breakfast and not just a bowl of cereal! They had waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, juice, coffee, muffins, toast, English muffins, cereal, and fresh fruit! The customer service was top notch! The rooms were clean and very roomy! To top it all off, this place was the cheapest one I have stayed at in the last month!

Booked a pet friendly room only to arrive at 845pm to be told they didn't have any. The perfectly polite receptionist told me this is a frequent problem for Expedia bookings at this property.
