Ik krijg een kamer waar geen shampoo aanwezig is en draai deze open omdat de kuisvrouw deze zou vullen . Dit zag ze pas na drie dagen en ik moest er nog voor betalen ook ! Ook zijn de ontbijtborden nog vuil . Er hangt vuil aan van de dagen er voor ! Ik verblijf meer dan 250 nachten per jaar op hotel ! Wegblijven hier !!!

Ma chambre n’était pas à la hauteur d’un Mercure

Assez dessus de la chambre 25. Celle ci est vraiment minuscule , il est même difficile de faire le tour du lit . La salle de bain est très basique avec une cabine de douche digne d’un hôtel premier prix . On est loin du standing attendu pour une mercure. Malgré cela , le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner correcte.

Confort thermique à améliorer

J'ai dormi 2 nuits dans l’hôtel. La première nuit pas de clim car pas encore activé (le 04/06). Serte la température extérieur n'était pas énorme mais dans la chambre puis après une douche, c'était très inconfortable. La deuxième nuit, la clim était fonctionnelle, rien à voir niveau confort.

Séjour au Mercure Rennes Cesson

En déplacement sur la ville de Rennes, j'ai réservé la veille pour le lendemain. Le Mercure de Rennes Cesson faisait profiter d'une remise très avantageuse. J'en ai donc profité. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit. Ensuite l'hôtel, selon moi, n'a pas encore basculé sur les dernières versions des hôtels Mercure d'où le prix attractif. Le lobby, les chambres mériteraient une grosse mise à jour. L'accueil était très friendly donc pas de souci sur ce point. le petit déjeuner pour un Mercure était "classique". rien de spécial

Agreable sejour a l hotel Mercure de Cesson. L hotel est proche des grands axes et non loin du centre de Cesson. La chambre de taille correct avec une tres bonne literie. Le personnel est disponible et agréable

Ayant réservé en demi pension pour le 14/2/24, je m’attendais à minima collé dans tous les hôtels où j’ai eu l’occasion d’aller(j’y vais régulièrement…)a une formule dîner Prévu dans le cadre de ma réservation Premier message : notre restaurant est complet ce soir , ce sera un plateau repas pour vous en chambre suivi de « avec la Saint-Valentin, nous n’avons pas de formule à vous proposer ce soir. Il vous faudra faire un choix dans la carte pour un maximum de 30 €. ». Le souci étant qu’il n’est pas possible de choisir un plat et un dessert à la Carte pour ce montant. 30 minutes de négociation pour réussir à obtenir un plat et un dessert que je n’ai pas pu choisir des explications lunaires Du restaurateur m’indiquant qu’il était en partenariat avec l’hôtel. Il n’était pas responsable! Pas plus de réponse et solution proposée du côté de l’hôtel Par la personne de l’accueil agréable, mais pas responsabilité de pouvoir prendre des décisions. Pour le reste jour correct sans plus . Ma dernière dans cet établissement très certainement, contenu du peu de considération de l’hôtel accordé à ses clients (bien compris que les clients extérieurs l’hôtel étaient prioritaires pour la Saint-Valentin…)
