My mom and I enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff they are very helpful and approachable. The breakfast is very appealing every morning my mom is looking forward with dish of the day and the fruits were awesomely fresh, love the fruit salad. Will definetly recommend if u like free stress stay in cebu.

So so hotel - must take slow lift to 9th floor reception, oricy beakfast - generally needs maintenance - very busy area & did not feel safe - cabbies and tuk tuk drivers rip you off - too far from anything

One Central Hotel the luxus hotel for low money
I was so positive surprised. So nice . So clean . The bed was very good. The toilet had a very very high quality. The breakfast was the best We came from cblue on Leyete and it was the worst ever . Then we came to One Central Hotel, and it is the best ever. I will go there again. And i recommend every one in Cebu to go there . Real luxury. Thank you One Central Hotel.

One Central is on the border with the area called Carbon... and it is a crime ridden, dangerous area... BE VERY CAREFUL walking south of the hotel!

Nice place to spend a couple nights..small pool on 19th floor is good.. clean room with good shower.. 2 lifts that can be quite slow during check in/out period but suppose you expect that..very friendly fast check in/out good reception staff

The housekeeping crew works efficiently. As soon as you open the door to take the requested supplies that were to be delivered to the room they ask you right then and there if they could come and do some housekeeping tasks in the room. To take away the inconvenience of having to knock at your door at some other time when they do their regular floor to floor, door to door rounds for the day.

Great location and fantastic staff, but there were some issues. Saw 2 cockroaches in my one night there, and one was massive. Hot water in the shower was sporadic. Elevator is very slow considering the number of guests.

Excellent food and professional conduct of dining crew. Being in the middle of the city, there is easy access for a trip to the south or north of the island as well as city tour. All these at a very reasonable price.

One Central is the best hotel to stay in Cebu . Very safe with nice entrance personal and an elevator that can be use only with the use of room key . Its quiet because the rooms are at 9 to 18 stairs up , very clean very comfortable shower hot and cold water , aircon freezing if you want and quiet and doesn't smell funny or mold , restaurant amazing with wonderful chandeliers and full bar and a wonderful buffet with different good surprise every day and coffe green te and hot cocoa drinks and wonderful dishes pork sausages fish chiken and pasta , cakes and sweets and more . In the same time you are next to Elizabeth mall and C mall , Gaisano mall , Unitop and more and more places to shop or Colon market if you want to get fruits or others . I been in other hotels but were on unsafe locations and smelly and far away from malls . My family always use One Central because i dont like bad surprizes when I travel abroad .

It’s not walking distance to a good mall for food and shopping is my only concern. Breakfast is great in the hotel. Everything is very nice. It’s not far from CCLEX, Magellans Cross and Carbon Market by taxi.
