Have been staying at this property for several years... Every time my wife and I go it's just a little bit more run down... However the staff is always very accommodating and professional,!!!

There were a lot events happening and the hotel was pretty busy. Just stay the night to catch the ferry next morning. Location was great

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The towel provided was visibly dirty, with a yellow stain. The bed sheet was also unclean, we have to request a change upon check-in. Additionally, the door lock malfunctioned multiple times and could not be promptly fixed.

I used to like the hotel before because it was clean and nice ambiance . Now, it is so horrible, dirty floors and our towels had brownish stain on it, pour quality too. The buffet breakfast was terrible , poor quality of food and not fresh! I will not stay again. Thank you !

Have stayed on hotels all over the Philippines, I loved my stay at nearby Radisson (glowing review) and hoped for a good experience here but my disappointment in their performance cannot be....overstated. Asked for room with view got one of brickwork. Fridge didn't work, lock on door needed replaced, had to go to reception twice to ask for new sheets because were so itchy!! Refused breakfast because were 2 minutes late. Also charged me 1,500 php for a bit of blood on the sheets. My wife has a medical condition and cannot help this. Avoid this hotel and go to others in the area.

Location is across a very big and busy mall, and a bus terminal.. so I already know the area would be busy and bustling 24/7.. so it’s expected that it would be quite noisy. The hotel facility is very nice, modern and clean. The room is clean and very minimal, with that I mean, there were only 2 bath towels provided, no hand or face towels, not even a box of Kleenex in the room or washroom. There were two sets of toothbrushes and small toothpaste, and very generic type of shampoo and body wash in refillable containers inside the shower. I always bring my own toiletries coz I don’t trust using anything on my body if I don’t know the brand or ingredients of these products!

Every possible food option is in walking distance at the SM Mall. A few may be further away and require a trike, taxi or Jeepney. LaBella pizza and Bistro is great! Next time in Cebu I will be staying at Bayfront.
