We had an enjoyable stay.. I can honestly say the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on. The B & B was great for an overnight stay. It's very quaint and charming. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful estate. Felt very safe and welcomed and was fortunate enough to have a private tour of the castle. Loved the pool and 24 hour breakfast room. Room had excellent air conditioning and great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable bed. Full home cooked meal was a real treat and can heartily recommend.

Superb family run B&B
Fantastic family run B&B in a lovely secure compound. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.. The only small downside is the need to drive to a restaurant as location is slightly rural. However if I was back in the area I would certainly return. Also has a huge swimming pool.

Magical place
We stayed here on the last night of our holiday. We were looking for somewhere close to the airport and this looked more interesting than the standard airport hotels. It exceeded all our expectations! The photos don't do it justice. The B and B is in an annex - next to the awning in the photo and just across from the castle. The B and B facilities are great - clean and comfortable and the 24hr breakfast good too. The swimming pool is amazing. We also had dinner - a wonderful Sicilian meal prepared by the castle owner's chef. Highlight of the visit was being shown round the castle by the owner. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Wonderfully hospitable welcome, I felt really looked after by Giuseppe and loved the dinner by candlelight and the tour of the castle! I also appreciated him organising me a taxi for the morning (far cheaper than the rip-off trip from the airport!) and the proper espresso machine at breakfast!

Hidden Gem
What a wonderful way to wind down and end a amazing visit to Sicily in such a magical setting. The grounds are beautiful, the room very comfortable and the staff awesome. The close proximity to the airport was an added bonus.

No on the castle
Very noisy room you can hear what is going on in the other rooms, they send you a long page of terms and conditions after booking ,including that the accommodation is not in the castle ( I think the pictures are misleading) and if you check in after 19:30 you have to pay 20 EUR additional , I think is quite expensive for what it is , the landscape it's very nice but the pool wasn't the cleanest. the only good thing is that the host is extremely kind.

Very pleasant stay!
Our stay was very comfortable, the owner very nice, he arranged to have dinner made for us as we had arrived late for airport. It was definitely a nice touch. There are no rooms in the castle only the guest house in back. Overall our stay very nice.

The property is beautiful and has on-site parking. It's very close to the airport which makes it an ideal choice for the night before a flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they are not on-site overnight or in the morning. Also, you cannot walk to restaurants from the property.

Lovely stay, near Catania, Mt. Etna and airport
Warm, welcoming and really unique. We were able to park our rental car safely, and drive easily into Catania (thanks to the hotels careful directions on where to park outside the city center), to Mt. Etna, and to the airport (which is about 5 minutes way). Ideal for our purposes. Owner couldn't have been more helpful and lovely.

Near the airport - otherwise disappointing
The online images for this B&B give the impression that you will be staying in a castle and have access to a large outdoor poor. Not so. Our bedroom was in a small outbuilding and the pool was partially drained and out of use. Access to the site is also problematic. It is gated and someone has to open the gate from the inside to let you drive your car in. This makes it relatively inaccessible during the evening and night. As the site is in the countryside you have to drive everywhere. It was a DIY breakfast, with some food and drink left in the kitchen for you to help yourself - the selection was fairly modest. There was no-one around at the time. This place's main / sole virtue is its proximity to the airport. Overall, we have difficulty seeing why this place gets such high ratings!
