Sad property in a lovely place
I recommend you do not rent this place as the pictures are misleading and the property needs an update and some care. There was no air conditioning (to be fair, it wasn't listed but a beach apartment one presumes would have . Furniture was old and broken down, radiators needed painting, old pots and pan.. we were all very dissappointed. I do not recommend this propropery. air-conditioning

It respected all expectations
The position is excellent, though, as indicated in others' comments, the main road is very close, and you can hear the traffic. The house, rooms, and garden are all very spacious with privacy in the garden and good shade. There is no air conditioning, and the house has all windows on one side, but even in a very hot period, we could stand the heat with the portable fans which the house is equipped with. It is a pity that the house has not been refurbished and has very old furniture. The beds are fine. Overall it has been a very good choice.
