伝統的なスレート屋根の石造りのコテージは、所有者によって愛情を込めて改装され、修復され、伝統的な床、栗窓、梁のある天井などのオリジナルの特徴がたくさん残っています。
このコテージと場所のほとんど素朴な雰囲気にもかかわらず、設備の整ったキッチン、モダンなシャワールーム、Wi-Fiを備えたモダンな快適さがあります！

It was our first trip to Italy, and this was the perfect family dwelling. The pictures don't begin to capture the breathtaking Dolomites or the outstanding accommodations! The kitchen is a gem! So convenient and easy to cook. We had a chef come in to fix dinner on our last day, and he loved the kitchen, too. We took walks/hikes on the surrounding trails, and relaxed by the gorgeous pool which, by the way, has beautiful night lighting!! The owner fixed pizza in the outdoor pizza oven one evening, and it was a highlight of our trip with fresh, delicious ingredients and gracious conversation...and fabulous wines. We did not mind the narrow and winding roads on the days we drove to Lucca (90 minutes) or Florence (2.5 hours), but be aware of the challenging driving that we saw as a Tuscan adventure rather than a negative. It's the perfect get-away!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day.

Sehr erholsamer Ferienort, super schön. Wir sind nach 1 Woche entspannt nach Hause gefahren. Besten Dank für alles auch das Gemüse war sehr lecker.

fijne vakantie met de familie op dit prachtig plekje. De verhuurders hebben ons wijn en een doos vol met bio groentjes gebracht die we dan ook lekker klaar gemaakt hebben. De living is niet enorm groot, maar het huis is zeer proper en praktisch. Onze zoon met zijn vriendin genoten van de aparte studio en hadden zo alle privacy. Wel was een tweede sleutel misschien nuttig als niet iedereen dezelfde uitstapjes maakt. zo kan iedereen in het huis. De afstand naar een dorp voor restaurantjes en of inkopen is wel een bergrit van ongeveer een half uurtje. Maar de rust die je hiervoor krijgt is deze rit wel waard. wij deden verschillende uitstappen en genoten van onze vakantie in de bergen.

Waren das zweite mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Haus und Außenanlage wirklich traumhaft. Pizzaparty war ein Genuss. Alles in allem alles Bestens. Verbesserungswürdig sind allerdings die äußeren Sitz,- und Liegegelegenheiten, ( sehr unbequem für einen entspannten Urlaub). W-LAN nur eingeschränkt im Haus möglich, ein Repeater im Außenbereich wäre Klasse. Wenn der Pool ein wenig beheizt wäre, könnte man diesen auch bei etwas niedrigen Temperaturen nutzen. Wenn das noch passen würde wären es für mich 5 Sterne :-)

We were 4 adults 1 teen and 2 children and we had a very lovely stay at this house. The rooms were big and had everything needed. The house was clean and very nice furnished and the surroundings was well maintained. Only thing missing was better wifi. Outside the house there was absolutely no connection. The view from the house is amazing and we would definitely come back.

Alles war perfekt organisiert. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist wirklich atemberaubend und der Pool ein Highlight. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet genug Platz für Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein Juwel !

Aufmerksam geworden durch das schöne Poolfoto in der Anzeige haben wir das Ferienhaus für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund gemietet. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben einen rundum schönen Urlaub in dem gepflegten Haus gehabt. Unser großer Sohn profitierte von dem abgetrennten Appartement, unser Hund liebte das große umzäunte Grundstück, alle Familienmitglieder 9-55 waren gerne am/im Pool. Während es in Lucca oder Pisa Ende Juli teilweise sehr heiß war, konnte man es in der Höhe gut aushalten. Nicht einmal Mücken störten nachts. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war jederzeit unkompliziert, mit dem Besitzer selbst war aber italienisch erforderlich, wobei seine Kinder englisch sprechen. Eine tolle Geste waren der Wein zur Begrüßung sowie reichhaltige Gemüsekisten, die uns 2x vorbeigebracht wurden Einziger Nachteil/oder Vorteil ist die Abgeschiedenheit. Zum Einkaufen müssen zunächst viele Kurven bergab und dann wieder bergauf bewältigt werden. Aber das wussten wir und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week in June, and and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The photographs don't do it justice, seeing is believing. The peace, tranquility and privacy are superb , the drive up the road is well worth it believe me! Castelnouvo is a small pleasant town with plenty of little shops and a weekly market, the locals are very friendly. I'd like to thank the owners for the lovely bottles of wine, while not pretending to be an expert I can safely say they were delicious!! Grazie!! The house itself is excellent and everything is to a high standard, cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. We will return here again hopefully. Arriverderci!

The house, the setting, the pool and ultimately the views are just amazing. Be prepared for an adventure getting there as it’s relatively remote and you take narrow mountain roads, but then you are rewarded with a property that is Instagram-perfect. The house is gut-renovated yet totally charming. And the mountain air and silence was amazing - incredible deep sleeps. One of my favourite memories of our trip to Italy was an early morning yoga practice by that pool, with the sun rising and those views…. We would return for sure.

An up-to-date, secluded farmhouse in the mountains above Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, this property delivers everything you see in the online pictures and more. Breathtaking views, ample space for a large family or multiple families, an infinity pool with one of the best views in Tuscany. Was also great for our German Shepherd with lots of space to run and play ball. Be prepared to have to drive a windy road for 20 minutes each way for food and shopping, but it is worth the privacy, views, and cool evenings after a hot summer day. The owners were very attentive to our queries and needs. Lucca is only an hour away for history and culture, and Forte di Marmi is about 90 minutes for great beaches.

Was für eine Aussicht! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und war immer eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Anfahrtsweg ist für, gerade Norddeutsche vom platten Land, eine kleine Herausforderung, aber absolut machbar. Am Ende wird man mit einer einzigartigen Aussicht belohnt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
