Panoramic villa with pool in front of the beach

Bright and airy villa with PRIVATE POOL located right above the dazzling bay of Guidaloca: just cross the road and go down a staircase to be with your feet in crystal clear water.

The position of Villa Perla gets even better if you consider that you are at only 3 km from the picturesque village of Scopello, 4 km from the Nature Reserve dello Zingaro, 6 km from the restaurants, the thermal baths and sandy beaches of Castellammare del Golfo, and 20 km from the magnificent Ancient Greek Temple of Segesta. Last but not least, the famous sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo which is at only 40 minutes drive. In other words, Villa Perla is the ideal place to relax while exploring the Western side of Sicily.

Villa Perla is exceptionally panoramic and offers plenty of space for relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with lawns, palm trees and typical Mediterranean plants as well as a furnished terrace with a refreshing outdoor shower.

The outdoor space intertwines seamlessly with the tastefully furnished living and dining room on the ground floor thanks to four large French doors. On the ground floor you'll find a bright blue kitchen with dishwasher and one of the two bathrooms.

A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area with three bedrooms (ALL with air-conditioning) and a second bathroom with shower.
A sofa bed for the seventh and eighth guest is located in the living room. Please note that there are no blackout curtains here.

The private pool measures 4x8 m and it is 1,30m deep.

Wonderful home right on the beach with beautiful untouched coves within walking distance. Cristina was excellent with local tips and help throughout our stay. Perfect home for young families with a gorgeous garden to explore and lots of space.

Great house and great location. The beach is about 5 minutes walking, and is a great beach. Fantastic for kids. Restaurants are also close. At night there is a fresh breeze that helps balance the hot days. The swimming pool is new and again great for the kids. Garden and house grounds well taken care off.

This place is a gem. The whole villa is amazing. The grounds are large and green and it's just a short walk down the stairs to the beach, we spent days laying in the sun on the lounges. The place was very clean with all new amenities. It's a great location to visit all the Western parts of Sicily (you do need to hire a car). We had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend. Cristina is also a great host with great local recommendations!

The host was very responsive and flexible with both check in and check out, the house is well furnished and is on an amazing location, a few stairs from the beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped and we very much enjoyed the vast exterior including pool and barbecue nights. The kitchen is a bit small but it was manageable as we took turns to prepare meals. We had very nice recommendations (including a local book guide) of restaurants, visits, where to buy groceries etc. and we were also welcomed with gifts which proves how thoughtful the host is. I definetly recommend this house for a nice stay in Sicily!

Cristina som tog emot oss var en fantastisk värdinna för huset. Vi var 6st vuxna i sällskapet och alla hade höga förväntningar efter att ha läst beskrivningen men alla upplevde att både huset och läget till och med var bättre i verkligheten. Cristina hjälpte oss med restaurangbokningar och tips på utflyktsmål som vi hade stor glädje av. Stranden som låg 200m från huset nådde man via en trappa som hade 136st steg som gav bra träning efter all fantastisk mat vi åt. Stranden hade klappersten vilket vi uppskattade som inte gillar vanlig sand. Ta med snorkel och cyklop då det fanns fina ställen att utforska under ytan. Vi kan verkligheten rekommendera detta hus och vi hoppas komma tillbaks snart igen. Tack Sicilien för fantastiskt oktoberväder med blå himmel och +27 grader C en hel vecka och tack Cristina för all omsorg och service!

Vi har nydt vores ophold, huset er fantastisk og det er poolen og den korte tur til havet også. Vi var 5 voksne og 2 børn, som gjorde at vi havde meget tid i det skønne hus, vi manglede lidt i redskaber til køkkenet og næste dag blev de leveret til os. Det er helt sikkert et hus vi meget gerne vil tilbage til.

Das Haus war wirklich schön und gepflegt! Auch die Poolanlage war super schön und sauber! Man konnte sich durch die ruhige Lage wirklich erholen! Einziger negativer Punkt: das Haus hat komisch gerochen?! Kam es durch die Klimaanlage? Wir wissen es nicht. Leider gab es in der Nähe auch keine Restaurants. Man musste leider zum Essen gehen immer mit dem Auto fahren.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus! Vi hade en superbra vistelse och ingenting att klaga på. Boendet är väldigt fint och gården upplevs ännu större än på bilderna. Området där huset ligger finns det inte så mycket att göra (förutom en fin strand). Men det är nära till Scopello och Castellammare så om man har bil är det inget problem. Cristina var en utmärkt värd, gav bra tips och svarade snabbt när vi behövde råd.

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. The outside space in particular is very generous and comfortable, with lots of different areas to sit in and plenty of comfortable garden furniture. The house is lovely, the open plan living area is very nice although we spent all our time outside. The kitchen is small but well equipped and with excellent locals shops, cooking at home was a great option. Our host, Cristina, was really friendly and helpful. She gave us some excellent recommendations (also provided in the very useful guide left in the house) and booked us tables at her favourite restaurants which were excellent. She also left us complimentary drinks which was very welcome and always responded immediately. We absolutely loved being so close to the sea. The beach was busy during the day but it was lovely to be able to go for morning walks with nobody else there, or just pop along for a swim during the days at home and then head back to the house to relax.

Wonderful villa

My family had a wonderful stay at Villa Perla. The villa itself was clean and comfortable. We spent several days relaxing in the pool and enjoying the beautiful view and garden area. The location is great! Scopello ( a few minutes drive away) is absolutely charming with several very good bars/restaurants to choose from. We were also able to tour Palermo and the temples in Agrigento. Christina the owner gave great restaurant recommendations, was very responsive to texts with any questions and made checkin/checkout a breeze. Highly recommend!
