I was Given Room 208. Checking in at 7:30 pm I went to bed. I decided I would watch TV to unwind. The TV did not work, so I went to sleep. I woke up at 6:45 and tried to Brew a cup of Coffee. I tried to take a shower, and the water did not work. When I checked in I was told I had the last room. I am surprised that they would give this substandard room to a Hotels.com client. When I returned to the check in area to check out, the Gentleman behind the counter was not really interested in my complaints, as he was preoccupied with whatever he was listening to with his Headsets, which he never removed.
There are plenty of reputable Hotels in Casa Grande, I will never stay in a, “ Poor Quality Inn,” under any circumstances again.
