Too many projects, elevator#1 broken other too slow. various maintenance -painting doors, walkways .ect. Was awoken by workers attempting to come into my room "we here to fix something-8:30am! Thank goodness my door block was engaged because they would have walked right in. "We didn't know somebody was in this room". I quickly got dressed and confronted the front desk as if she seemed puzzled, I pointed out the two workers, one of them laughed when I said I wanted a partial refund-"I said I was sorry" further escalating a situation.

This hotel was dirty and provided no housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was only available after you checked out. The hotel was very smelly and had a lot of construction work going on during our stay. The lamp on the bedside table was supposed to be able to charge USB and plug in, but did not. There was only one other outlet in the room to charge things. The only elevator was very slow and sounded like it was going to break any second. The elevator was tiny. The breakfast choices were very very limited and disgusting. The property was hard to get out of and had no decent restaurants nearby. The ice machine on our floor was broken and there were no plans to replace or fix it.

Did not get requested room. Melted ice crean on the floor. Room generally dirty. No phone, only wires sticking out. TV not programmed to use. Shower faucet loose and sink fixtures loose. Bad experience all away around.

There was nothing to like about the inn . The hotel was ramshackle. The entrance smelled of Weed The checkin although was fast but they were about to cancel my confirmed reservation over some random sports team that had come unannounced. The room that was provided smelt of cigarettes during our entire duration. A six floor hotel just had one elevator working They charged us north of 200$ for 2 nights . It was daylight robbery My lone star is for the hotel manager. He was good

First night on arrival, receptionist was not available at desk. We had to wait with others too. Receptionist finally came and did not apologize. Area smelling of all smoking althoughthey said non smoking. Needs to do better

The place was dirty fron the front entrance to the actual room. Which the carpet was dirty, the phone didn't work had to keep it inplugged because it kept a steady ring. Towels were not replenished and the sheets weren't changed. I wouldn't use this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.
