This place was nice, easy check in. Conveniently close to the pool for evening swim and close to the lake . We didn't spend alot of time at this place but for the price it was nice especially for the location. I would stay here again.

Nice Getaway Condo
The property has a great location. It’s close to several Canyon Lake parks and just a short drive to float the river. The condo is clean and has all the necessities that you would need. Perfect for a small family get away. We really enjoyed it.

We have stayed at this property year over year. It’s our absolute favorite place to stay while in Canyon Lake. Always pristine. Wonderful location. Amazing owner who is very accommodating. Overall great little place with convenient parking for boats.

Great Condo!
This is a great condo for a small group to stay at. Kay, the owner, was fantastic with communication and even let us check in early. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!

Quiet and convenient!
The pool is across the parking lot, grocery store 1/2 mile and parks close by. If you have kids with you go to the Heritage Museum -$5 and worth every cent.

Property is in a wonderful location with a Beautiful view. Loved the deer coming right up to condo Condo was nice , had everything we needed. Would recommend maybe a coffee table (for foot rest) and maybe another comfortable chair for living room. Was slightly cramped on couch for 3 adults watching tv. Otherwise was perfect

This property was a perfect stay for my Memorial Day get away. Kay was such a great host and my family had a great time. I had a rough last day due to losing my keys on the lake but talking with Kay she was really helpful and even let us do a late checkout until I had a locksmith fix the key issue. Definitely a place I will stay again and highly recommended. Place was very nice and clean with good vibes all over.

The rental unit was perfect for our needs. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. The unit balcony was very pleasant to pass the evening on. The kitchen is well provisioned with implements. Kay is a fabulous owner and with great communication. I would stay again.

Very enjoyable - great location
The condo is very nicely updated. However, the building itself is aging a bit and could use a little TLC. This in no way detracted from our stay but thought I would just mention it.

Kay was wonderful. She was easy and prompt with communication. Check-in/out instructions were very clear. The condo also had lots of little notes, reminders around that were helpful. The view of the lake was great and the deer were super cool. The corn feed for them was a very special nice touch!

Excellent Location, Immaculately Clean!
This property is the perfect combination of quiet, country living and close to town convenience. It's close enough to the grocery store and restaurants, but secluded enough for wildlife viewing and quiet mornings and evenings. The location is within 20 miutes of Wimberley, Gruene, New Braunfels, etc. PERFECT location for day trips to so many lovely hill country towns. My husband and I had our first kid-free getaway in 6 years and it was perfect. We brought our boat to enjoy the amazing Canyon Lake. The home was immaculately clean, the neighbors were so friendly. We will definitely return! (though it may be another 6 years before we can get away from the kids again, ha!)

Perfect Getaway
Although it was only a 1 bedroom, it was the perfect holiday weekend getaway for 2 adults, 2 children. Perfectly located near several boat ramps and parks. Plenty of boat parking, which is an important plus. Kay has this place decorated with adorable "lake life" style and comfort. We will definitely look to rent this location, first, on our next visit!

I loved the condo. Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures showed. Nothing against the owners but the man who was the property manager was not a great guy. We ran into him opening the washer/dryer building and was rude and was spreading derogatory terms. We only had one other encounter with him and he was rude and cursing at us. We were in the pool and had a random man show up clearly drunk but was not with our party. I feel like the managers actions dictated how we were treated based on the drunk man. I have all the pictures to prove we followed every rule and even cleaned the condo before we left so I felt his aggression was completely unnecessary toward us.

We arrived with great anticipation. The unit was clean. We found the living area very small. It had only a hide abed in the living room which was not very comfortable. No other easy chairs. Donald was a polite gentleman. After their arrival, he he called because he was having difficulty with TV remotes and connecting to the Wifi. He complimented the appearance and cleanliness of the condo. With no luck helping him over the phone connect to the Wifi, my husband and I went to the condo to help him connect his computer and made sure they were able to operate the TV. He called the next day and told me they left and went home. They made their decision to cut their stay short. The size of the condo was not satisfactory to them. The condo information states it is a one bedroom and the square feet. It has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and small bunk. ALL listed in the listing. We have had 4-5 people stay in the condo with no complaints. It is comfortable condo in a great location with lake view, minutes away from numerous amenities, Canyon Lake Marina, Whitewater Amphitheater, and hiking trails. Many visitors have enjoyed the comfort and convenience of our condo and have booked returning stays. Best regards, Kay

Needed a quick getaway from the stress of working 24/7. This condo was perfect. Great views, beautifully remodeled, pool just steps away. The property is exactly like the pictures. Super clean and spacious. It was a great experience. The location is perfect because it’s right next to canyon lake park, the dam and the Guadalupe river and the city of Gruene Tx. Had an awesome mini vacation. Fantastic time
Check in and communication with owner was easy, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet place in the perfect location for all the different places we went to. We would wake up early and sit on the balcony drinking coffee while feeding all the deer. Short distance to Wimberly, New Braunfels, San Marcus. Excellent property for the 3 of us. Spotless clean and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. My only suggestion for improvement would possibly be a mattress topper for the sofa bed but other than that it had everything it promised to have. I did not require any assistance from Kay throughout the stay but she was very responsive throughout the booking process etc so you are in good hands.

I was looking for a place to serve as a home base for a quick getaway with my wife. From the get-go, communication with the owner was easy and friendly. My honest first impression of the building was that it was fairly old. But it looked well maintained. The interior of the unit was very nicely updated and comfortable. The mattress had a foam pad. Some people will like that/some won’t. The check out process was not unreasonable - run the dishwasher, etc. All in all. This getaway was peaceful and exactly what we needed.
