Nice pool and hot tub. All amenities made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Very handy to Palo Duro Canyon. Pepito’s Mexican restaurant very good and not far.

We booked our room online so we weren’t aware that the lobby was under construction. The room itself was nice & clean. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice touch.

A friendly hotel that we usually stay in.
Our 1 nite stay while in town was very good except that I was really looking forward to the Hottub after a 8 hr drive in the car but it wasn’t in use. The bed was good, breakfast good but crowded with the remodel going on. I really appreciated that the staff found & bagged an item of mine that I accidentally left in the room- and I was able to pick it up when we drove back through town. That was great costumer service! We will stay again while in town.😊

Love the renovations including walk in shower. Water pressure was amazing! Lots of room in the room. Staff cleaned our room everyday even though we were staying for 5 nights. Good hot breakfast. Very impressed!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to restaurants. Room was quiet and clean. The only negative was only one elevator and it needs maintenance. It made a loud noise while operating and the carpet in it needs to be replaced.

Beautiful upgrading turned into a HOT mess
We had a beautiful 2 bedroom/bath suite we paid for-tv didn’t work- was unable to help us , 1st morning while daughter was in shower it was leaking into room under us. Water was shut off and we had to move in the middle of getting ready. We’re moved to another room not 2 bedrooms, but 2 pullouts and 1 bathroom. Not really offered much in a way of apologies or making anything right at all.

The service we received was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was luxurious. The one problem was that I am allergic to feathers and realized too late that the "Soft" pillows contain 89% feathers. I was coughing all night both nights. I think it might also be a down-filled comforter which I couldn't confirm. Please add information to the Room information sheet that has the TV channels on it- ALLERGY ALERT- SOME BEDDING CONTAINS FEATHERS.

Great experience all around. Free breakfast was good. The attendant was very professional. They were remodeling looked like about half finished. It was clean anyway.

Expensive but Convenient
This hotel is average as to amenities and under remodeling. The proximity to Palo Dura Canyon and Amarillo is so convenient. The hot breakfast is superb. The room was clean and had everything that we needed.
