Hotel PLM is a very good 2* hotel, in a great location. The rooms are clean and the restaurant room is perfect for a quick breakfast.

location! location! location!!! perfect spot!! rooms are very small so take that into consideration then booking (no fridge in the room)! exceptionally clean! highly recommended if you can handle room size!

Fantastic place to stay in an excellent location. Extremely close to both the train station and seafront. Very friendly staff who are lovely to chat to and keen to help in anyway possible. I travel 5 or 6 times a year and wish every hotel was like this!

Bonjour, we are sorry for your feedback. The rooms correspond to the room categories you have chosen. The areas are noted on the booking sites. THe PLM desk is open from 7am to 5pm. Then, the same staff stay at your disposal 24/24 at our other hotel, located at 20 meters. Best regards

The hotel is in a pretty bad shape. I had a late check in coming from Lyon and wanted to stay a short night before we cruised early in the morning. The location is great, but it goes downhill from there. During the late check in, we had to buzz another hotels concierge to get into the hotel every time. We also had to go to another hotel concierge to check in, who knew little about the area or about the hotel we booked. The wifi didn't work for us first and foremost. We called the help desk and it was the other hotels concierge we checked in with who said he knows nothing about this hotel and can't help connect. He told us to speak with our own front desk in the morning after we wake up. When we did do that during check out, the lady simply said she doesn't know and nothing she can do, not even a sorry. That aside, the room literally have no amenities and is extremely worn down. Our washroom door doesn't close fully hence it can't be locked. You'll have to sit sidewise on the toilet if you want to close the door, everything else looks extremely dated and there's no kettle, safe or blowdryer available. The blinds are also non existent and the metal "gate" outside the window does not have buttons to operate with. I'm currently staying in another hotel nearby for the same price after disembarking the cruise and it's night and day difference despite being only a quarter of a block away. Not only will I not recommend this hotel, I'll advise everyone to stay far away.

I have several points to share: 1. The front desk will be out of service after 7pm. If you need any service you need to ask the front desk of a nearby hotel, which is not convenient. But the employees of both hotel are very friendly and helpful. 2. There is no hair dryer in the room. But you can borrow one with the front desk during their working hour. 3. In the description of Hotels.com, there is free parking lot available. However, there are only public parking lot near the train station, which cost around EUR 20 for overnight parking. I only got 10% discount ticket from the hotel.

Great trip!
Brilliant stay, would definitely recommend. The staff were very helpful and polite too, and the bed was very comfortable! Just what I needed after travelling for a month and only staying in hostels! Side note, if you arrive after 3pm you have to check in just down the street at a different hotel, and also you have to get buzzed into the hotel after 3pm. I didn’t mind this and appreciate the extra security.

Great location for the hotel, 3 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Small double room with a big shower and toilet. Went over during Cannes Festival and the price was reasonable for the period. Lovely staff at the front desk and very helpful. the only downside is that after 7 pm, there is no one on the front desk and you don't get a key for it. So you have to buzz next door to let you in. Can get annoying, for yourself and the person that has to pick up the buzzer.

Great location!
Very happy about my stay. The only critic I could make is that my bedroom's carpet was obviously old and stained. But beside that, it's a small hotel with an amazing location (45 seconds from the train station, one minute walking from the "Palais"). Rates are correct. The staff is nice.

Very good value of money
I was looking just for a place to stay for the night, I paid extremely cheap comparing with the prices from south France, the room was very small, but clean in a good location, great staff, it was perfect for what I needed. I would definitely come back.

Good price, a bit dirty.
You can’t get better for the price tho. The room is basic. The washroom really really small, I could not closed the door while using the toilet. Also the carpet was DISGUSTING! So many stains and so dirty. No barefoot for sure. But as I said really good price for the area. Great customer service as well. If you are not picky, book this place.

My stay was pleasant and I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. The lady at the front desk Valerie was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are on s budget. It is in the heart of central district of Cannes. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops are a stone throw away. The train station is a 2 minute walking distance from the Hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel in great location
I just returned from Cannes, stayed at the PLM for a week. It is situated in the centre of the city, walking distance from the train station, beach and all shops/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was airconditioned, clean and tidy, each day it gets serviced (cleaned up and fresh towels are placed). The double bed was super comfy!! I wanted to take it back with me to the UK :) Only things I could probably point out were: A- the walls are so thin and I am a very light sleeper So could hear everyone outside of my room, sometimes rather inconsiderate and loud guests. B- reception only operates until 3pm, so after that you need to buzz yourself in. It just felt strange not to have any supervision or a member of staff at the hotel over night, just in case you need something, you had to go to the sister hotel located on the same street. And also sometimes it took quite long for someone to answer your call, so you are left waiting outside for a while until they let you in to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was just right for a short stay and location is superb.

Hotel PLM is very close to the train station, which was great as we were travelling along the south coast of France. Everything is in a walkable distance, including many pubs, bars and restaurants, though it seems the main restaurant area is a bit further away. The room is basic but clean and acceptable. One thing that was annoying though was that despite us having the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, the cleaning staff were hoovering early in the morning outside of our door, and the reception also rang us to tell us our shower was broken, despite it being fine. Another strange thing is that the reception is not manned, so you have to speak over an intercom to be allowed in after 2pm. Overall it was nice, but I don't think I would recommend it. Not particularly accessible as a very small lift. On our check out there was a worker painting the stairs so I couldn't walk down, and the lift is unreliable so it delayed our checkout.

Needed a place near the station for a couple of visits in the region. Perfectly placed for this (and the beach in the morning). Inexpensive and clean with charming lady at reception.

A gem in the middle of the action!
I love this hotel. It is in the best location and the room is VERY clean. It feels like a nicer hotel on the inside so dont let the stars influence you. A great place to stay in the heart of the action. My upstairs room has a great view, large window and comfy bed. A+!

Decent for the price
Decent hotel for the price. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately no shower screen means water goes all over the floor which was annoying. No hair dryer or iron either unfortunately but we can live without it. Close to the station, which was good with luggage.

I stayed one night, the hotel is in a great location near the train station. Close to the beach and film festival place with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby.
