Summary:
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite, featuring breathtaking views from your private six-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites we own and operate on the same floor of the building. Explore all of them for options or if traveling with friends and need additional space.

The Space:
Our two-story Penthouse loft offers 1,722 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and a large deck with outdoor living area and six-person hot tub.

The suite offers:

A spacious upstairs Master Bedroom: Spacious with walk-in closet, large bathroom, and king-sized bed.

Main Floor Bedroom: King-size bed, which can be split into two twin beds upon request. (Please give 48 hours notice or a charge may apply)

Den: Features a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed.

Main Floor: Large bathroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and a spacious living and dining area.

Enjoy your private rooftop patio with a six-person hot tub and a main floor balcony equipped with a BBQ.

We provide complimentary WiFi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide, and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

Additional amenities include two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and the suite including the balcony and patio are a smoke-free environment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please be aware this property is not wheelchair accessible, and you will need to use stairs inside the split-level suite. An elevator is available near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room, but the suite itself requires stairs for access to the main floor and second level.

Remember to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, waterslide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor, especially if you're traveling with children.

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a wonderful town brimming with indoor and outdoor activities! It's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (just 25 minutes away) and offers, in our opinion, even better restaurants and amenities. Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community center where kids can learn to rock climb with a safe, self-repelling system. We've seen children as young as 2 years old climbing there.

We think you will love Canmore. Please let us know what adventures and great food you find here and we'll be sure to pass it on to our other guests.

Getting Around:
The suite includes two heated underground parking stalls conveniently located near the elevator. Taxis are readily available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1 km from your front door via the pedestrian rail crossing, featuring excellent dining and charming small shops.

Other Things to Note:
The building houses an upscale restaurant, The Grande. We have always had fantastic meals there, though the restaurant receives mixed reviews, so we encourage you to check its current status on TripAdvisor.

***Please note that the Techno showers on the main floor are aging, and their continued performance cannot be guaranteed. The shower functions as a regular shower, but the remote and additional features may not always work. The steam function is no longer operational in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

We have an excellent onsite team ready to assist you. If they are unavailable, you can almost always reach us on our cell phone at any time. We also provide a guidebook with recommended activities and restaurants.

Excellent location and communication. Exactly as advertised. Was a great home base with a family and having our own hot tub at the end of a day or in between activities was perfect. Nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at the mountains with snow falling around you!

We enjoyed the penthouse and it was an easy stroll to the shopping area with lots of great places to eat. Location was great for driving to Banff and Lake Louise. We didn't get to use the hot tub. Everyone was too exhausted after sightseeing all day.

My husband and I and two adult daughters and their significant others spent a week hiking biking and fishing. The condo was perfect for three couples. Loved the hot tub and the elk we could see from the patio ! The location in Canmore was very central and we walked to dining and shopping easily. I enjoyed being in Canmore rather than Banff as it was quieter and less crowded and only a short drive to the Park.

This condo FAR exceeded my expectations! Absolutely exquisitely designed, decorated, and laid out. Attention to detail is incredible. The pics were great but couldn't capture the beauty. We stayed the night before at The Fairmont, with a lakefront view. I wish I had skipped the Fairmont and come straight here. Truly.

This place was a perfect home for our family to gather and enjoy our vacation. Two couples and a single adult.... plenty of room, clasy decor and comfortable beds. Beautiful balcony with mountain views and a very nice hot tub for those after day trip hikes.... relaxing soak. The lication is perfect for walks around town. And every serounding restaurants has very good choices and the foods are delicious and prepared by top chefs. Easy day trips to Banff, lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnstons Canyon and Emerald Lake.... higjly recomend this beautiful condo suit... beautiful home away from home!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable beds (even the murphy bed in the 3rd room) and well appointed suite. Plus, it was a running joke for my mum to pretend to be the queen each morning from her bedroom's juliet balcony into the living-room. We spent a lovely morning on the rooftop patio, although we do wish there had been plastic cups to take drinks into the hottub.

The Grande Rockies Resort is indeed an exclusive setting with the Grande Kitchen and Bar, and access to shops and other fun sites. It also comes with underground car parking! The Pent house with complete home amenities and staples, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and patio, and flat TV screens and Netflix access. 2 most impressive facts: its private hot tub which was unbelievably at our disposal and the cleanliness of the suite. This property was a great base for our annual ski trip. My only hesitation with this property was the Murphy bed but I ended up in that room and slept fine! It is a block or 2 away from Grizzly Paw Brewing, 2 local cafes, and Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. And just 10 minute walk to downtown for more food/drink options. Great way to take in the town. We enjoyed having our own private hot tub to relax in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking sheets, tin foil, and anything else we found we needed to cook our meals. There was also ground Beamer’s (local) coffee provided which was an unexpected treat! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Canmore!

We had a great stay in Canmore at Grand Rockies resort. Location was convenient, about 20 min from the town of Banff and an hour away from Banff National park. Accommodations were comfortable. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. My few advises to owners would be to update cooking skillets. They are badly scratched up and foods sticks to it. Also,downstairs bedroom needs some shelves in the closet or a chest with drawers to put clothes in. Most clothes that we brought were for hiking and we lived out of suitcases because there was no where to put them out. On the other hand, upstairs closet was awesome. Finally, I would recommend supplying a solution for washing dishes (by hand) and body wash instead of hard body soaps.

Our family of six highly recommends this VRBO unit in Canmore! It was the perfect location for adventures in the Canadian Rockies! All of the details were thought of in this unit— and the communication with the management was outstanding! Grateful for the perfect place to rest after days of rock climbing in Grassi Lakes, hiking in three different NPs, and whitewater rafting in Golden! The location was perfect to walk to both dinner and ice cream in the evening!! Highly recommend! We will definitely book again!!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our 5 person family. Private hot tub with Mountain View was amazing. Easy to walk everywhere in Canmore for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was very convenient. Property was clean and management team was very responsive. We really enjoyed our time here.
