Everything was excellent room was so comfortable and clean Only thing I noticed was the kettle was full of chemical smell. That affected the taste of tea unfortunately. I m not sure if cleaners were using strong chemical to disinfect the kettle??

Great option for a stopover in Canakkale, we had to extend our stay by one further night which was fine as the North Shield Pub was a cozy spot to retreat to

I wish we could get back
The best hotel in Cankkale with the impressive Hilton design and management. The room was excellent and clean, the restaurant is a must. The only thing we missed are the massages in their nice Spa, but unfortunately everything was fully booked. Breakfast could be better at such a lovely place. A bit far from the city center.

We reserved 2 rooms , up on arrival one got upgraded to a suite, which was perfect for my parents. The only sad part we couldn’t use spa services cause they sold out all slots , may be next time . Breakfast was excellent with many choices, need upgrade on a coffee ( too watery) , otherwise 5 star all the way ! Thank you

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. There is a boardwalk right behind the hotel where we took a nice evening stroll and also walked to the centre from. Rooms clean and spacious.

Nice Hotel to stay.
At front desk, room service were very kind and helpful , room was very good but no one helped us with our luggage , we are three with suitcases but concierges run to help two guys with no luggage, which seems they were expecting them and more important. We don’t mind if there is no help, but if there is, should consider all guests the same.

Almost everything a 5 star hotel should be. Nice, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Room service and restaurant menu was great and inexpensive. Service could be improved upon. The lock on the room thermostat is unacceptable. I would like my room cooler than 23 degrees Celsius.

Hilton ama henüz hazır olmayan Hilton
Maalesef saat 15 te giriş yapılan bir otel olmasına rağmen o saatte bile oda hazır değildi. Odalar balkonsuz olduğu için boğucu oluyor. Temizlik ve düzen çok başarılı. Oda servisi süper hızlı. Fazla müşteri yoktu kaldığımız dönemde o sebeple olabilir ki her gün sabah akşam aynı yemekler aynı şekilde çıktı. Akşam yemeklerinin fiyatı makul tutulmuş. Spa ile odalar arası geçiş hiç düşünülmemiş direkt lobiden otel giriş kapısının önünden buz gibi soğuktan geçiyorsunuz ki ben de seyahat sonrası üşüttüm zaten. Konumu ve hemen kordona geçiş ve manzara harika. Personel kibar fakat az sayıda oldukları için grup gelince zorlandıklarını söyleyebilirim. Normal şartlarda başka otele iyi puan verirdim fakat bu eksiklikleri yaşamamak için Hilton tercih ettim ama A Hotel den farkını göremedim o yüzden hayalkırıklığıydı diyebilirim
