Passamos 10 noites no hotel, no geral foi uma boa estadia, funcionarios sempre muito solicitos e educados. Os quartos e banheiro sao muito pequenos, a cama simplestemente pessima! Nao recomendo este hotel para quem ira passar varias noites, vale a pena para uma ou duas noites pelo custo beneficio.

Very dirty. Hair in the bed, mold around the sink. Did not want to sleep in the bed. Lobby carpet looks as not been vacuumed.

Foi minha primeira vez me hospedando em um Íbis. E confesso que fiquei decepcionado. O quarto era bastante simples. Acabamento bem barato. A cama confortável porém fiquei espantado em ver que não havia um Edredom ou manta no quarto. Tive que ir buscar na recepção. Não tinha nenhuma pessoa para levar. Tudo isso porque a idea do Íbis e de ser um “Budget Hotel” hotel barato. Porém não foi tão barato assim. Há outros hotéis na região que oferecem melhores serviços pelo mesmo preço.

Alguns problemas ainda precisam resolvidos. A agua é de lata, mas os copos sao descartaveis. No minmo triste . O préfio esta em.pédsimas condições, inclusive a agua do chuveiro vaza por baixo do box, inundando o banheiro do 954 onde eu fiquei. A comida é muito ruim. Pagar 40 reais numa canja sofrivel é lamentável. Mas, houve melhorias. A educaçao das funcionarias da recepção precisa.melhorar ainda mais ,mas dessa vez nao havia filas O café da manhã melhorou muito, embora o banco estivesse quebrado. Talvez volte ainda algumas vezes ,apenas porque notei melhoras . Uma dica: que tal investir em jma academia?

Lamentável minha estadia dessa vez. Sou cliente do Hotel. Fico toda semana. Fiz reserva com antecedência e como cheguei para o check in bem tarde, não havia mais quarto disponível, apenas um quarto para acessibilidade que claramente não estava preparado. O quarto estava sujo e totalmente sem conforto. Argumentei com a recepção mas nada pode fazer pois não tinha mais quarto. Foi decepcionante!

Atendentes despreparadas , confusas , no restaurante pedimos lanche hamburguê com batatas fritas, depois de esperar 50 minutos para ficar pronto o lanche chegou frio e as batatas queimadas , não oferecem toalhas de rosto me informaram que não tem , não tem um copo no quarto , estava com vazamento do ar formando uma poça em frente o balcao de atendimento , colocaram cavaletes cercando o molhado , enfim caótico , mas gostei muito do café da manhã , estava ótimo
