Overall fine
It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Good for business purposes.
Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

Péssima hospedagem!
A experiência não foi muito boa, pois a sauna NÃO funcionou, a jacuzzi deu problema numa válvula, e NÃO pude usar. A TV com poucos canais disponíveis. Barulho do pinga-pinga do ar condicionado. E o pior foi animais (gato, cachorro), no andar que eu estava, latindo e miando no horário de silêncio. Sugestão: reservar um andar para hóspedes com animais.

Boas instalações, porém, café da manhã percimo teve dia que faltou até queijo e presunto, atendimento razoável. Outra coisa que não gostei foi de ter a surpresa do estacionamento ser pago e eles não dão essa informação no momento da reserva online e não tem nenhum tipo de informação na recepção.

Localização em lugar perigoso da cidade, não sabíamos. Hotel bem velho. Fomos a uma festa e quando voltamos a porta estava fechada, tivemos que fazer um escândalo pra chamar alguém para abrir a porta, de madrugada no centro da cidade. Nao voltaria de jeito nenhum

O Hotel é muito limpo , quarto amplo e acredito que por ser muito antigo eventualmente ocorrem problemas técnicos. No meu caso a alavnca de quente e frio do chuveiro estava quebrada e nao foi agradável o banho mas temho certeza que com o reparo ficara excelente ja que a ducha é forte e agradável. Coloco com um bom custo beneficio apesar do estacionamento pago . Lugar excelente para tudo em Campinas.

O hotel é velho porém bem conservado. O quarto é amplo com boas camas. A localização não é boa e a noite não recomendam passeios a pé. Na nossa chegada o recepcionista nos tratou com indiferença, sem simpatia, amabilidade e com respostas curtas e indelicadas… A reserva foi feita para 3 pessoas. Pai, mãe e filho. Outro filho que foi nos buscar no aeroporto subiu conosco para o quarto pois iríamos sair todos juntos em seguida.. resultado: não permitiram que usasse a garagem por pouquíssimo tempo e cobraram uma diária por estacionar no hotel, sendo que ficamos nos máximo 2h. Também pediram que meu outro filho descesse pois cobrariam mais 1 pessoa caso ele continuasse conosco, alegando que a reserva era para 3 pessoas e ele não poderia ficar, Achei horrível pois avisamos que meu outro filho não iria pernoitar e que sairíamos todos juntos em pouco tempo, mas disseram que era regra do hotel e ele teria de descer. Por fim,depois de muito desgaste, conversamos com a Gerente e ela permitiu ele ficar por mais um tempo.. Achei total ausência de bom senso e pouca preparação dos colaboradores para lidar com esse tipo de situação. Entendo que o hotel tem regras, entretanto, achar que erramos caloteiros foi muito para mim. Por fim, sugiro melhor treinamento para os colaboradores e gentileza para com os hóspedes. Obs-Não estou generalizando pois outros colaboradores foram gentis e muito profissionais para conosco.

Hotel elegante e com preço razoável
Euro Suit Campinas é um hotel na área central de Campinas, próximo da 13 de Maio e de alguns prédios históricos como: Catedral de Campinas, antiga estação ferroviária, centro de compras popular, Matriz de Campinas, isso tudo andando a pé (agora se pretende ir a pé aos shoppings da cidade, esqueça). Tem muitos nóias no entorno, mas sem perigo algum, mesmo andando a noite. Tem OXXO, padaria, restaurantes próximos. Portanto, no geral, localização dou nota 8. Atendimento do hotel é nota 8,5: recepção dos rapazes dou nota 10, cozinha nota 8 (preço do almoço e jantar no local, é bem caro),assim como arrumação de quarto (sem lençol com elástico e pequenos pro tamanho da cama) e limpeza do quarto (chão é escuro, mas se nota cabelos de hóspedes anteriores). Cofre do meu quarto, 507, estava quebrado. Banheira e ducha do meu quarto, nota 10, assim como reposição de sabonetes, shampoo 2x1, touca e toalhas, nota 10. Papel higiênico eram 2 no quarto, acabou 1 e não repuseram, não sei dizer se iriam repôr o outro que ficou pela metade. Canais de TV no quarto: Cartoon Network e Globo. Wi-Fi disponível. Frigobar com garrafinha água: 5.00 e coca cola lata, 6.50, entre outros. Pode levar água e outros e deixar no frigobar. Hotel tem jacuzzi no último andar (pode pedir pra trocar a água, mas não trocam diariamente). UBER chega fácil e rápido, 24hs. Pagamos 39.00 pra ir ao Shop Pq D Pedro na ida e 34.00 na volta. Café da manhã indico ir pelas 9h da manhã, quando está mais tranquilo.

Qualidade mediana, tive que pedir papel higiênico, pois não tinha de imediato. No site consta estacionamento, mas não deixa claro que só tem a opção paga (normalmente já está incluso, já que fica dentro das dependências). Depois das 22 os canais pagãos travavam e não dava para assistir. Localização deixa a desejar, a noite é uma região perigosa.
