In addition, it is one of the few properties where you can enjoy its TWO SWIMMING POOLS. The outdoor pool for those sunny days and the heated indoor pool, ideal for relaxing at any time of the year.
The spacious living-dining room connects to a large fully equipped modern kitchen, with a 2-door fridge-freezer, and a central island, and with access to a rear terrace. On the upper level of the living room we have a reading and games corner, offering a cozy space to share unforgettable moments.
Enjoy the sun on the large terrace with a porch and outdoor furniture, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a barbecue area (Barbecue subject to compliance with local regulations). In addition, the house is equipped with wifi and television.
Accommodation
The house is distributed over 3 floors: The main floor, with the large living room, with access to the porch and garden, the kitchen, with access to a terrace, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 of them with bunk beds for the youngest).
On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms (one of them suite with a private bathroom) and 1 bathroom, in addition to the second level of the living room with a games area.
On the lower floor of the house, we have another games area and an indoor pool heated for the winter to 26° (We can reach 30° on request and with a small supplement for the cost of electricity).

By road, the villa can be accessed via the E-15 motorway coming from Barcelona and via the AP-7 coming from France via the A9 (Perpignan).
By plane, Girona airport is 35 minutes away and Barcelona airport is 90 minutes away.
