We regret that you had a bad experience at our property, however we would like to clarify the following: We fully complied with the products and services offered at the time of your reservation.At your request, you were assigned a room of a much higher category than the one you initially purchased. We sent to your room the numerous and diverse orders from the restaurant that you tried and returned without any reason stating that you would not pay for them.We desisted from making the hotel relocation due to his bad behavior.We remained calm despite the verbal abuse you inflicted on our receptionist quoting derogatory and derogatory words about your race and sexual orientation.We deducted from your total bill those charges that you were not willing to pay.Despite all of the above, we remain committed to excellence in serving our guests and providing the best experience at our property. Sometimes we cannot prevent bad situations from happening, but we can control our reactions to them. Therefore, we continue to do our best to provide the best experience for our guests and visitors.
