Everything at this property was excellent, Marcos the bus boy was awesome, the restaurant needs better service waited an hour for our dinner to be serviced, finally had to go elsewhere, my husband and I were the only ones there.

I booked this hotel specifically after filtering for “PET friendly”, however, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the fine print stated otherwise. It's incredibly frustrating to arrive late and exhausted, only to be blindsided by a policy that contradicts the initial claim. They confirmed their error but refused to give us a room, they would have if our pet had been a service animal. This lack of transparency and inconvenience left us scrambling for alternative accommodations at the last minute. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for. I must make a special mention of the exceptional staff member, she was managing our checkin, unfortunately I did not learn her name, she went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, her efforts to turnaround a challenging situation didn’t go unnoticed, she called another hotel and help us make the reservation, we are grateful to her for all her help.

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful ! thank you. My fiancé loved it there. The view of the city from the room was amazing, especially during the lightning storms. Oh, my God, so awesome.

El personal Ariana fue really sweet y en el comedor todo meticulosamente organizado y limpio Mary la de cocina preparo todo con un toque muy casero, super delicioso, Leo y Angel Uriel los anfritiones muy atentos, amables y educados, el desayuno excepcional. En la habitación muchos detalles a cuidar desde la regadera, el lavabo de manos, el mueble de baño, las camas super comfortable pero hay detalles que cuidar, no por mi, por otras personas que son muy muy piqui..

Awful Experience
Elevators were down at Hotel, we were on the 4th floor and most of the time we had to use the stairs to our room. Very difficult when you have an elderly with us and luggage and kids. If we would have knowns this a head of time, we would have booked a different Hotel. I guess whats most disappointing of all this is that we PAID more for this Hotel than all the other options thinking it would be better in every area and it was NOT….Very disappointed!!

Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovations, the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was included and top quality, easy access to the covered garage, friendly staff that went over and beyond to assist us.

Great Hotel
We came as an emergency due to my mother in law being sick, we stayed here for 6 days, and this hotel was a god sent, they had a laundry room we could use, they have delicious breakfast, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the shower has nice warm water, the halls are always clean, i called reception a couple times and always has great service. 100% recommended.

So quiet, arrived at 6pm after driving from Arizona. Was tired and the "bellhop/man" had a cart and helped us to our room. Nice parking structure behind building. There is a restaurant Santo Filete attached and they delivered room service it was very tasty. The beds were soft with thick linens. The bathroom has a large shower with high end soaps, shampoo and lotions. Best stay after a long drive 6 hours. Plus they have a full hot breakfast, nothing continental about it. Staff was very nice and some spoke English too.
