We arrived early on August 15, obviously, the hotel was full because of the holiday. They were kind enough to take our luggage and tell us to come back at the check-in time. When we checked in later we were provided the keys to the room and told directions to the elevator, but we were not provided any information regarding breakfast or other hotel amenities. Note to all, not all rooms have the balcony. It may have been my mistake that I did not read this when booking so I was a bit disappointed when we didn't get a balcony. Our room was relatively clean except for stains on the walls and ceiling. We got one of the older rooms in the hotel. The bed was comfy but the comforter and curtains need a change! Just removing the comforter made the room look a whole lot different.
We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and we were a little disappointed by the breakfast. Every morning the same exact thing was offered. We did not even know we could order other breakfast things for an additional cost until the last day when a placemat with all the information was put out.
Another let down was some of the staff at the reception desk. I must give them credit, they were all very kind and attentive. They even went the extra mile to remember us and give us our key as soon as we walked up to the desk. However, when we asked about ironing the first day we were told the additional cost. The last day a kind lady told us that we could go up and iron ourselves in the morning free of charge.
