I did not like How they pushed the time share on you immediately after getting there. He got my kids excited about doing all of these excursions, gives me a total cost of 600.00 but says he will give it to me for 110.00.The catch, I have to attend the time share seminar. I am adamant that I do not want to attend this. He then tells me that if I book through him then he will give it to me for 450.00 He tells us the "Actual cost" of the excursion and then the price he is going to give us. I ask him for brochures on the excursions which he gives to me. At this point, my 18 year old son sees that I am frustrated and he looks at the brochure. The price of the excursion is marked out with a black marker but you can still see the rate. The actual rate of the excursion if purchased from the excursion company was 85.00. This kind gentleman tells me the actual price is 110.00 but he is going to give it to me for 95.00. When we called him out on it, he got visibly nervous with hands shaking. We had only been in Cabo for 30 minutes when all of this happened. At that point, I did not trust anyone in the hotel. As soon as you pay for your room at the front desk, this is the person waiting to hook you in. He starts off by offering you champagne. Obviously the hotel operates this way with every single guest despite there being thousands of reviews of guest complaining about the exact same thing. My 16 yo first comment after arriving, " Mom I don't trust any of these people"

Overall, it was a good stay. You can’t expect much from resort food, but the food was decent. The staff were great and fast. I wish the resort served bottle water. At other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at, they’ve offered it.
