Luxury 4-bedroom villa located within the exclusive Hacienda Beach Club overlooking Médano Beach and offering fantastic views of Land’s End. Relax in luxury with your own infinity pool and spa or venture out and visit the local beaches, restaurants, and bars, all within easy walking distance. This villa is the perfect luxury accommodation for both families and groups.

This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa provides up to 10 guests with private access to Médano Beach and is just a short walk away from the huge array of dining and nightlife opportunities in Cabo. The villa is situated within the gated Hacienda Beach Club, and guests can enjoy all the benefits the club has to offer including a full gym, exercise classes, miniature golf, several pools, daycare and restaurants.

Villa #1 at Hacienda beach club is the closest villa to access all the beach restaurants
and bars and is the only villa with its own private access to Medano Beach. It was recently renovated in late 2020 and beautifully decorated in a contemporary Californian style. All four suites provide beautiful views, with the generous master suite’s private balcony offering the best view of them all.

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Cabo!

January 2025 Family Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Great vacation!

This is the perfect place at Hacienda. Right next to the restaurants on the beach if you chose to go and you can sit in the pool and watch all the activity from the pool. Very beautiful place! Will definitely go again!

Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

Amazing location

We traveled with a seven month old, three-year-old, and five adults. The property has an excellent location to beachfront venues and the marina. The facility staff was extremely helpful and kind. We did utilize the chef service one morning, and the breakfast was outstanding.

House was amazing! We’ve stayed at some of the most exclusive VRBO s. We all agreed this was one of the best! Hacienda Beach Club service gives St Regis a run for its money! We will definitely come back soon! Villa #1 is the best!

Best Place to Stay in Cabo

Amazing views, beautiful Villa, great restaurants and entertainment next door, what more can you ask for? I’ve stayed many places in Cabo and I enjoyed my stay here the most. The staff at Hacienda are accommodating and so nice. I wanted to stay longer and Vanessa was accommodating to our needs. We didn’t want to go home! Thank you again Vanessa!

Perfect extended family vacation spot

Our extended family just enjoyed an amazing week at the this villa. The villa has been recently renovated with attractive decorator finishes and furniture. The size and amenities were perfect for the 3 adults, 2 seniors and 1 teenager in our group. The owner and VIP services responded quickly to our requests. AMAZING Villa!

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. The outdoor fireplace wasn’t working, but it was an amazing property. The resort staff were beyond helpful and responsive. The resort was so beautifully manicured and so clean. Thank you!

Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Beautiful home in prime location. Not a quiet spot, but the home is without flaws and the hacienda amenities are five star. On holidays and weekends, the bars and adjacent properties will be audible until at least midnight.

Wonderful!!!

Villa Vanessa is absolutely amazing! As you walk in, you will be awe struck by the gorgeous view. Our group of 8 were there for 4 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday and everyone loved it! The villa has everything you need, including an awesome sound system. We loved having our own access to the beach and also having the golf cart. The staff at the Hacienda are wonderful! They also have an amazing gym. I would definitely stay here again!

What an outstanding Villa.

We had such a wonderful weekend in this Villa. We had 3 couples for my 50th birthday. Perfect location. We walked to everything. Downtown so close and the marina. Plenty of restaurants on the beach. This Villa has everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the pool and spa every day. Everything in this unit is top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

3rd Time’s a charm

I came to Cabo for the weekend for my birthday with girlfriends from college-CMC. This was my first time in a Villa at the Hacienda. It was phenomenal. The Villa was right on the beach,-convenient to the Marina, town and the action along the beach (jet skis, water taxis were walking distance). When I come back to Cabo, I hope I can always stay in this Villa.
