It has an amazing Ocean view and an extra large upstairs top deck patio to relax!
Enjoy the beach all day or the many surrounding activities, Guadalupe Valley for World Famous wineries, picturesque La Bufadora marine blowhole for locally souvenirs and food.
Punta Banda is just 2 hours South from TJ & 1/2 north of Ensenada

Beach Paradise
We loved staying at Patty's house. Very roomy, the different levels offered plenty of privacy for everyone. Loved the terraces and the beautiful view from the top. It was such a nice surprise to find wine and snacks from our host. It was very hard to leave and we will be back for sure!
