The check-in and stay was relaxing, and the cuisine in the pub was great too. Breakfast was WOW...one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever encountered.

Nice location by river but also near gas station. Staff locked mini bar which we wanted to use as a fridge so it was bit of a hassle to get them to make arrangements. Room was oddly arranged with TV in middle bit in the way. Otherwise nice location though tram is bit noisy.

Good location and breakfast, needs some work
The hotel was in a really great location. It definitely needs some updating as the future was worn and the paint was peeling off the walls. Also, the carpet was a bit dingy. It was mostly clean but could use some attention in the corners. The bed was really comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Amazing stay at an extremely well situated hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions we had, especially Karolina who helped us find some Polish food on our first night! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when next in Bydgoszcz.

The staff were excellent. Very efficient and friendly. My only complaint would be the noise of the garage door - which was close to my room. Some lubrication or regular maintenance is required. Apart from that, I would not hesitate to stay at the Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz again. It is a well run hotel.

The front desk staff was nice and professional. The location is in the center. I wouldn’t stay here again though. It’s just ok. Not great not bad. Just ok. Even in Covid times other hotels I have stayed at recently had many many many more amenities and accommodations.

Christmas week stay. All was great. Hotel is quite recent, service is great, from reception to breakfast. They’ll go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Underground parking for additional 35zlt is worth it. All in all, a great stay.

Recommended for excellent service and rooms.
A really friendly hotel with service and helpfulness that could not be better. The only negative was a small gym and taps which had me confused for some time. Location to the town centre was excellent if you wanted to go out for dinner but the food in the hotel was more than good. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed, I’d thoroughly recommend Holiday Inn in Bydgoszcz.
