Value for money
A good budget option. Very near Choryang metro and bus stops. Friendly staff. The food in Cafe Moon, adjoining the hotel, was not to my taste. Room very good for the price.

The location was great and the staff were both helpful and very kind! Has everything we needed and really appreciated the kettle in the room. There’s also a convenience store and coffee place right outside! My two complaints are that the room was a little cramped and the bathroom door is way to transparent…like you can watch a person sitting on the toilet. Not great if you’re sharing a room with 4 people.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak good enough english. The hotel is easy to find, close to subway in a quiet clean area. Enough coffee shops but a little less restaurants and shops since its in a residential area. The room is very clean and well decorated. Bathroom very functioning and clean. Beds are korean style comfort. I would stay here again!

Lovely staff. Really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. They even provide toiletries i.e razors, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray and brushes. Kettle with coffee and tea. A few minute walk to Choryang station (Exit 12)

The hotel is in very new condition and very near to metro station. We like the separate small room with a queen size bed which my boys felt cozy in their own space. The boss of the hotel is nice too!

We would stay again
Great, comfortable stay. Convenient location close to the subway station. Not far from sightseeing areas. Cafe was nice. Staff was pleasant, spoke some English.

酒店该有的都有，洗发液，沐浴露，护发素，牙刷，肥皂，吹风筒都一应俱全，厕所蛮大的，有智能马桶，房间的电视，冷气虽然都是用一个控制器，但是用法方便，冷气虽然有点吵，但是不怎么会影响睡眠，酒店房每天都有附送2小瓶矿泉水，而且有个小冰箱，虽然电脑不常使用，但是能打中文系统还真的是不错的☺️倒是酒店里的床有点不干净，所以尽量避免赤膊上身睡觉，不然会起痘痘，至于早餐只有鸡肉面包或者鸡蛋面包可以选择，但是鸡肉面包真的蛮好吃的，我住了6天5夜，都吃不腻~虽然早餐在一间小间的咖啡厅里吃，但服务我们的大姐人好亲切，重点有礼貌，酒店住宿地点虽然离闹区几个站，但是都好方便，不会太远，我试过直路走10分钟左右再走过去对面的街去吃24小时营业的大建名家猪肉汤饭，都不是很远^_^（ 酒店离草梁站12号出口出站，直走几步，转右手边前进不到15步再转左手边就会看到酒店了）

Tiny but inviting room
The staff at Hotel Gray are very friendly and helpful, although not much English is spoken. The room we had was tiny! The bed was a very big comfortable platform and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, but the space to stand within the room was only about 1mx2m, as a couple we had to take it in turns to get dressed! Having said that we would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel very near to subway station
Pros:Owner is very nice and offered help to send us to busan station... overall,this hotel is good and breakfast sandwich taste good... Cons: feeling very cold in the room... heater like not function well

The vanity counter could be bigger.
Nice place and relatively new fitting out. Close to subway and yet with quiet surroundings. Also convenient to access local little restaurants.

Our time here was wonderful the staff are super kind and very helpful, the ubication is awesome because is really near to the bus stop and subway, even the busan station, the day we check out they keep our baggage until we finished to watch out some Places at the zone, the room was clean and have the necesary love it will come back❤️

방 너무 작음.큰 캐리어는 못펼침
방이 너~~~~무 작아요. 방에 침대 & 세면대 끝. 그 작은방에 침대가 궂이 그리 커야했나 싶고 세면대가 방에 나와있고 욕실엔 없어요. 방에서 세수하면 바닥 한강될텐데,완전불편. 옷걸이 높이가 너무 높아서 키작은 여자분들 사용 불가. 직원분들은 친절하신데 가격이 널뛰네요 저는 10만원에 묵었는데 한주 지나니 4만원대!!! 10만원내고 묵긴 아깝습니다. 조식은 샌드위치인데 방에 갖고가서 먹는건 안된다네요.

굉장히 깔끔하고 세심한 배려가 돋보이는 호텔입니다 무엇보다 사장님께서 매우 친절하십니다 방 상태가 매우 좋았고 내부 공간도 넓어서 가족단위로 숙박하기에 대단히 좋았습니다 아침식사로 나오는 샌드위치도 맛있었습니다 지하철 초량역 12번 출구가 바로 옆에 있어서 대중교통 이용이나 부산역 접근도 좋습니다 물이나 수건도 충분했고 가구 배치도 효율적이라서 지내기에 매우 편리했습니다

가성비가 좋아요
룸컨디션 좋아요 호텔이 작은것 빼고는 만족했어요 주변에 편의시설 이용하기도 좋구요 부산여객터미널 도보로 이용하여 대마도 다녀왔습니다 호텔직원분들 서비스가 좋다는 후기보고 예약했는데 정말 친절하시더군요 다음에 기회되면 다시 이용하려구요~

便利住宿的選擇
房間滿大的，但偏潮濕，連續住宿每天早餐選擇都一樣真的會滿膩的，不過飯店乾淨，櫃台有禮貌，可以幫忙叫炸雞、計程車，位置又離12號出口5分鐘以內距離，附近也有便利商店，所以真的很方便，計程車到西面約5000多，到機場約18800元因為行李多要搭地鐵沒有升降梯滿不便的，我們就選擇計程車了，2019年價格提供各位參考。

最寄りの地下鉄草梁駅からすぐ！側にコンビニもあるし、とても便利なホテルでした。朝ごはんのホットサンドも美味しかったです。夏場の子連れ宿泊だったので、コインランドリーがあれば良かったなーと思いますが、着替えの少ない冬場の宿泊なら何の問題もないかも。次も泊まりたいホテルです。

房間超迷你、沒有床單猶如學生宿舍
無疑這是一次失敗的選擇！完全想像不到房間超小，開門行兩步就上床猶如學生宿舍、一間套房。單行或商務客OK，如果行李多千萬別選，兩個25”的行李完全沒地方打開，打開會阻住行路另一個要放在門口~暈。冷氣機就在頭頂好吵又沒的調較，風大聲到整晚好像在坐飛機。最奇怪的是沒有鋪床單！！？酒店職員說他們這都是這樣的。。。無語。。地點距離草梁站12號出口5分鐘路程，除了地點方便，老闆很友善親切外，沒有其他優點可推薦。

Modern and chic hotel
Hotel room quite simple and nice. Amenities was completed. The only think need to be improve is the staffs need to be more understand how to speak english. Very sad their english was really bad, but they all very helpfull and nice.

最棒的住宿體驗！❤
非常棒的住宿體驗！這次是入住最高層樓的四人客房，很寧靜、很舒適。工業風格也很喜歡、浴室也很寬敞，設備也很齊全。交通便利，距離釜山火車站走路約10分，草梁地鐵站12號出口走約2分，樓下路口也有超商。最滿意的是飯店人員的服務，非常貼心和親切，最後一天看我們行李多還主動載我們到釜山火車站。留下很棒的回憶。非常推薦入住！

아주아주 친절합니다
부산 출장갈때마다 이 호텔을 이용합니다. 여러번 갔는데 처음 후기 남겨요. 직원분들 친절하시고, 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 괜찮아요. 저는 잠만자고 나오기 때문에 방 크기는 중요하지 않은데, 혹시 큰 방을 원하시거나 호텔에서 많은 것들을 하기 원하시면 작게 느껴지실 수도 있어요. 조식도 맛있구요, 모든 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 사실 다녀보면 부산분들 친절하지 않다고 느낄때가 있는데, 여기 직원분들은 다르게 매우 친절하셔서 이용할때마다 기분 좋습니다.

ㄧ個清靜小區,離地鐵很近,非常方便,
服務員態度親切,常常臉带笑容。簡單的早餐,尚算ok。房間整潔。可惜窗戶對着鄰近房屋,只可看對面牆壁及冷氣,有㸃失望。酒店對面有間人參雞湯,價錢超值。

會再入住的選擇
房間設備，清潔都不錯，服務也好，走不到幾分鍾就到地鐵站了，要去逛街也算方便，累了還可泡澡，以訂房的價位來說算是不錯的選擇了。
