This is my fav place to stay in Buffalo. The beds are comfortable and the window opens for fresh air. Always clean and tidy. And the staff is super attentive.

Love the employees....all exceptionally nice! The room was very nice as well. The cleaning crew left linens all over the hallway as we went to our room .... That would be my only complaint is their methods.

This appeared to be a fairly new establishment when we went in may 2024. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Close to the highway but not walking distance to much things. We only stood here for one night to catch our flight the next day anyway and had a rental car so it worked well for us. Would definitely recommend.

Lobby and hallway had a unique fishy smell - like somebody had been cooking fish at some point. I even asked if they ha dinner at this hotel because of the smell of fish that was lingering. They said they did not but were "trying something out". Not sure what that meant

We had a good stay. Wish we could have gotten an earlier check in. We don’t realize how far we were from Niagara Falls ! It was a nice clean place to stay though. I would stay again !

I notified the hotel I would be a late arrival. Check in was a nightmare. I got my id out to be swiped 4x but was patient as was told a tech error. Then I was told to take the elevator so walked halfway dow an extremely long hall tp get off the elevator and walk all the way back to the other end (I was floor 2 and was never told the stairs was way closer). Then, I opened the door and the light was on, garbage full, comforter on the window ledge and no sheets on the bed. I had to go back to the desk wheee I waited for the clerk @5 min. I called but no one came. My new room was next to the kitchen. People were loudly talking later into the night and the breakfast cook began banging things around at 5:30 am. I stayed here last week with a great stay but after this never again.

I reserved the room for tonight. I checked out after the first night when I woke with multiple bed bug bites. There was a pile of bedbugs in the bed and multiple ones were still on me. When I let the front desk know, I was told that and Inspector would have to come before she could give me a refund. I’ll let her know that I have been a licensed exterminator in for over 32 years. VERY UNHAPPY. The escalator was in need of a good cleaning as well, it was dirty, and it smelled.

Compared to other hotels around the airport, this hotel seemed less busy and much newer. A few maintenance issues, and amenities were basic, but no complaints. Friendly check-in and standard breakfast. Great price. I would stay here again.
