The following is needed- more towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mat, kitchen towels and dishcloths, coffee pot, top sheets for beds, mirrors in bedrooms, and clothes hangers. It looks like this property is a work in progress. Also, make sure it is cleaner before guests arrive.

Great value on a nice apartment
The apartment is comfortable enough. The rental fee is very reasonable. I'd definitely rent again if we're in the area. A couple of improvements would be a better stocked kitchen and ensuring the linens are complete and clean. The tablecloth was stained and looked dirty. Only the fitted sheet was provided, no top sheet. Not huge deals, but something we've come to expect.

Nice but needs to be cleaned better
Decent place to stay. Looks like the owners did some updates. The place was fairly clean. A deep clean should be done on the floors and the bathroom. My daughter and i had to clean the bathtub and scrub the floor. Other than that the place was quiet and closer by the things we wanted to do

Would not recommend for anyone with children and if something happens like the other tenants that are renting have a huge out of control party no one is going to do anything for you, you will just have to deal with the noise the rude people the banging on your door the peeing in the yard. The disrespect to not make them leave and force us to deal with it was unacceptable.
