If you need water, hair conditioning, coffee, you need to go explore outside the hotel. The room does not have iron. does not have a lounge or bar. the refrigerator is old. The balcony is dirty and unkept. A very bad experience in a place than claims to be 4 STARS. Does not remotely get close to a 3 stars hotel

Property is located on the corner in a lower class neighborhood. It's easy to miss, as the sign is very small. The lobby is small, but easy to use. There are two elevators. Check in is quick and easy, and the staff spoke some English. They ordered a taxi for us, for our early trip and it was right on time. The rooms seem normal. We had a group of 4, with 3* rooms total. We paid for all of the same style of room. One of our group got a large room, with a couch and significantly more space, but no patio. Our room on the 9th floor had a patio. No real view to speak of, but nice to sit outside. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and feature a flat screen tv. Bathrooms are tiny, and feature a bidet if that interests you. Our shower had nice pressure and hot water was consistent. Room features a small sink outside of the bathroom and a mini fridge. Air conditioner worked amazing. We got cold at night. Lots of outlets, but no USB outlets.

Very friendly staff. Some misunderstanding as to who paid the taxi driver for a transfer. The driver was dishonest. The bathroom sink was not usable the one night but there was a kitchen sink. The shower sprayed over the top making quite a mess. I would, however, stay here again. Great restaurant downstairs.

Staff was polite. Brought us utensils, arranged money exchange. Good location compared to other areas, stores, pharmacies and cafes are around; safe. Blow dryer was old - too hot and shut off after 3 minutes. Hotel entrance door locks and when there is nobody at the reception - you can't get in. This happened only once though

The property was conveniently located for our needs. The room was a very good size and comfortable. The restaurant next to the hotel was quite acceptable. Booking the taxi through the hotel was not something I would suggest. Not the hotels fault but the taxi was unreliable. Uber worked better and cheaper.

This property is close to everything! The restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious inexpensive breakfast. Taxi to Recoleta was $3, same to Palermo Soho. Bed was very comfortable. The room was pretty big with a microwave and an electric kettle. Balcony has enough space for two chairs where we sat to drink late at night. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel

The room was modest in terms of decor but large and very functional, more so than many hotel rooms we have stayed in. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased with our six night and rather low cost stay.

Great location with many restaurants in walking distance and a huge mall one block away. Very helpful staff. There is no English language TV, but that should be expected we are in Argentina and English is not their language. The internet is very weak. I would stay here again.

This is a boutique hotel in Palermo within walking distance of many restaurants nearby. It was a good option for us as we needed to stay somewhere relatively close to the AEP airport. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and a wrap-around balcony space. But a couple of issues occurred when we were there. 1) Wi-Fi was unstable; we were told that the storm that occurred the weekend before our arrival damaged the WiFi. 2) the hot water didn’t work in the shower, 3) the maid had just finished cleaning our room right before we showed up (at 5 pm) and left some dirty water in the bidet. Despite the issues mentioned above, I’d still recommend this hotel. They can also help arrange EZE airport pick-up at a very reasonable rate.
