The hotel has a perfect location: almost in the heart of the city very close to restaurants & bars, banks, exchange offices, public transport and supermarkets.
The rooms are design and decorated more like a storage room than tailored to guest’s comfort with hard uncomfortable beds and pillows, plenty of furniture with hard to open drawers, and waisted spaces and corners
When the room wasn’t clean one day and I asked for some clean towels I received after one hour and 2 old, over-used face towels and plenty of face towels and floor towels being told that the reception didn’t know where the other items are in the storage.
Appalling customer service from the reception staff. After the first day I decided to stop asking basic question and request simple information as they everybody at the reception looked bored and annoyed that we disturb them. Is this the Romanian version of a “boutique” service?
