"Our apartment was very modern but the property still has a very historic and, especially, authentic country feel. Very much appreciated the wood stove at that time of year. Only critique was lack of any American TV. While we don't particularly travel to Portugal to watch TV, when we stay in country places at this time year we don't relish driving after dark. "La casa esta perfectamente equipada, tanto para usar la chimenea y la estufa de pellets como para cocinar. La casa es espaciosa y esta muy bien distribuida, es muy acogedora y tiene espacios para estudiar y comer. La zona de la chimenea es muy agradable. Volveremos para poder disfrutar el patio!"

A great place to stay reasonably near Miranda do D

"Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign "

Basic but worked well

"A simple and basic stopover but worked Ok for us. We were able to park motorbike around the side of the hotel and it felt safe. We walked into town and found a nice friendly restaurant with lovely local food, excellent value. It was a served breakfast, simple but very nice, in particular wonderful warm bread."

"Espaço super lindo e muito limpo numa zona calma ideal para descansar A Maria João e a vitória são super queridas e sempre disponíveis para qualquer coisa que for preciso. O quarto era muito fixe bastante grande. O pequeno almoço espetacular não falta nada Obrigadas e parabéns !! "
