It was a good experience overall, the only downfall was when we got there... The bed had a damp feeling to it the 1st night since the windows were open when we got there. I'm assuming the humidity from the rain and ocean came through. But, besides that was a great place!

Great launch for Smith River Hiking
This property was easy to find, hosts were very helpful and welcoming, and suggested great local restaurants to enjoy. Only suggestion is improving speed of hot water reaching the shower. Enjoyable stay that made for great hiking experience exploring the beautiful Smith River area.

Great place, needs attention
Location is great. Quiet neighborhood near center of town. Casita was good. Parking was good. Cute fixtures and good amenities. Heater needs maintenance and could use a TV for those expected rainy days in Brookings. Could have been cleaned A LOT better. Found used and dirty cookie sheet in oven and dishes weren't cleaned properly. Dust and buggies.
Would definitely stay again if said issues were fixed and we appreciate the use of the rental!
