Casa Corinda is large, private, beautifully furnished & comfortable for short or long term stays. It is peacefully quiet and stylishly decorated with high end furnishings and ammenities. You can relax here in absolute comfort.

The apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen with full fridge, oven and a well stocked dry pantry. There is TV & huge DVD collection and also a washing machine and laundry.

We are 2 mins walk from all amenities. Ideal for single/couples or business traveller wanting to explore Brisbane from a brilliant home base.

There is supermarkets, cafes, pub, bakeries, health food, bulk bill medical, chemists, gyms, swimming pool, library just a few minutes stroll away.

LOCATION:
Corinda has been named in the top ten most liveable suburbs in Australia. With its relaxed community vibe you will find everything you need without getting in your car.

The western suburbs of Brisbane are Brisbane’s most beautiful. From Corinda through to Chelmer (going towards the city) you will find lots of the beautiful iconic Queenslander houses - rambling timber constructions which wide shady verandahs.

For weekend explores Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is a short drive (3-4 Kim’s) away. Rocklea produce markets is a 5 minute drive or a short flat bike ride. Every Saturday morning this huge market provides fresh fruit & veg, cheeses, seafood,meats, fresh pasta etc. it’s a brilliant place to people watch over an excellent coffee, and eat breakfast from a multitude of street food vendors while enjoying some cool tunes from the live musicians. This is where the locals shop. Sunday’s the market provides new and second hand stalls with everything from vintage clothes to furniture, as well as the plethora of yummy street food.

Jump on the train and get off at the next stop (Sherwood) and stroll around the shady streets to Laural Avenue (Brisbane’s most exclusive Street) where the most beautiful traditional houses of Brisbane are to get a feel of how the other half lives. Or take a picnic/bbq to Sherwood Arboretum (5 mins walk from station) and relax under the massive Morton Bay figs by the river (picnic set in apartment)

NEARBY FACILITIES AND GETTING AROUND:
The train station is a couple of minutes walk from our house. You will need to buy a Go Card from a newsagents or at the station. This can also be used on the buses and the City Cat ferry. You can catch the Ferry from Toowong just down the road from the Toowong train station (about ten minute train ride from the apartment) and ride up and down the river exploring for a fun day out.

SHOPPING: Indooroopilly Westfield is a ten minute train ride away and a short walk.

GETTING AROUND
The city can be reached by express train in 20minutes, where you can wander to Southbank parklands, or explore the city.

University of Qld is reached by catching the train to Indooroopilly and then the bus transfer to campus. Or, you can ride a bike to Yeeroongilly and across the bike/pedestrian green bridge to uni.

Tennis Centre is around $7 uber ride away

PA Hospital is a 10-15 minute drive or bus ride.

Great location
Lovely clean and quiet apartment. Two minute walk to the train station and five minute walk to the grocery store and cafe’s etc. Very comfortable king size bed, and modern /updated bathroom. Would recommend staying here. Thanks Phil !

We did not bring a car and got around by walking to close by restaurant, pubs, and grocery stores. Train was also in walking distance and easy to ride using go card.. we also used Uber. Again good location, comfortable bed.

One in a Million
We were just amazed to find the number of food items in the fridge and pantry! Extra items were provided in the bathroom and a large notice board in the kitchen gave details of all the amenities close by. The place was very clean and spacious. Parking in the street was always available. This place just has everything! We will definitely be staying here again.
