I will never book this place again if I knew that I had to lug my luggage around after getting drop of by my taxi back about a kilometre to get the key at a 7/11 store

The property itself was fine but I didn't like having to get key from another place, especially when you are not used to Brisbane traffic and don't know your way around. This should have been clear prior to booking apartment.
