Take advantage of easy ski lift access; you're within walking distance of Brian Head Resort and across the street from Navajo Lift and Ski School. Put on your boots, hop aboard the free bus, and be whisked away to the slopes. Apple Annie's Country Store is just up the street, and town is less than a mile away along the paved trail.

The lower level features a single bedroom, bathroom, and open layout living area complete with a smart TV and kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. A slider door offers walk-out access to a covered patio and a foosball table is also provided for a little bit of friendly competition. You'll even have a Murphy bed for extra guests.

Designed for group gatherings, the main floor features an open layout that seamlessly blends kitchen, living, and dining areas. The chef of the group will be able to whip up any recipe in the stainless steel appliances and an air fryer. A gas grill is available on the deck for family barbecues. Gather at the dining table for family dinners and game nights. After a day on the slopes, no one will have any issues relaxing around the living room fireplace and smart TV.

The primary bedroom can also be found upstairs and includes an adjustable king bed, a reading area, and a soaking tub. A dedicated desk area is furnished in the upstairs loft area for remote working convenience. Additional perks include free WiFi, a washer/dryer, ski boot warmers and four sets of snowshoes, and an oversized garage equipped with an electric vehicle charger.

The skiers of the group will be in paradise when it comes to the location of this getaway because hitting the slopes will be a breeze with Navajo Lodge and Cedar Breaks Lodge right across the street. When you want to check out the heart of town, cruise approximately one mile south. Plus, the warmer months of the year will be perfect for hiking, biking, and so much more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice place, inaccurate discription, horrible experience with v R b O and vaycas-a
The actual property is nice. it's new construction, and it's well appointed with the decor and furnishings. The location is good - it is a long walk - but walkable - for snowboarders - to the Navajo Express lodge and lift. The place is pretty cramped - and the description is MISLEADING. Here's the actual layout of the unit: you come in through the garage - and on thart dame floor there is a kitchen/family room with a sofa area and a dining table area. It is cramped, but nice, new, servicable. That is ALL there is on this entry-floor with garage. Upstairs there is ONLY the Master Bedroom. some of the pictures made it look like there was an available double twin-bed bedroom upstairs, there is NOT. There is a door that is deadbolt locked as not for use. There is a small laundry machine on this upper level as well. The master bedroom on this top floor is very nice - spacious, clean, and comfortable king size bed. nice bathroom with wonderful MASSIVELY long bathtub - made for 7 footers! Then in the LOWER floor, you have a full size murphy bed and a small room with two twin beds. There is a red sofa/futon that can unfold next to the murphy bed where an additional person could sleep. You could have 4 teens sleep downstairs in this arrangement - but not with a lot of privacy. When we arrived, the fridge had a broken shelf, the air smelled stale in the place, and there was dirty towels on the floor in the lower floor room, and the sheets on the murphy bed were dirty.

Great potential, but needs some adjustments
I highly recommend this property. The property is beautiful, the location is superb, and Vacasa, effectively communicates all information prior, during, and after the stay, which renders the arrival, check in, and check out processes very smooth. The 3 stars rating is due to the following reasons: 1. The property cleanliness was not up to proper standards. Most notably, the sheets of the murphy bed in the lower level were undoubtedly not change from the prior guests. The sheets were notably dirty and we need to run a load of laundry prior to using the bed. I suspect that the prior guests pushed the bed back up into the wall cabinet and the cleaning crew assumed that the bed was unused. This is unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom was not clean enough. 2. The garage door opener did not work. This was very inconvenience since we had to manually open and close the garage door every time we left and when we get back to the property. 3. The smoke detector in the upper floor started beeping and giving loud audio alert that “battery is low” at 2.30am. The loud noise woke us up and could not found batteries anywhere in the condo. We therefore stayed up all night until we went to the general store in the morning to purchase the batteries for the smoke detector. With minor fixes and considerable improvement in the cleaning service, this property will deserve five stars plus rating, however, based on our experience, a 3-star rating is warranted.
