Großzügige Altbauwohnung mit Schwächen

Wir (4 P.) haben die Wohnung für 4 Nächte gebucht, um uns Bremerhaven und Umgebung anzuschauen.Positiv:Buchung und Check-In/Out verliefen problemlos, der Schlüssel ist in einem Schlüsseltresor am Hauseingang. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Straße gefunden. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über große Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist riesig. Innenstadt und Hafen sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Für das Besuchen des Umlands ist man schnell auf der Autobahn.NeutralDie Wohnung liegt im 4. OG, mit Gepäck kommt man ein wenig ins schwitzen. Definitiv nichts für Ältere/Fußkranke, da kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut angestattet, es könnte aber gerne mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. So waren wir nach jeder Mahlzeit gezwungen, zu spülen. NegativDie unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die internationale Atmosphäre kennen wir aus anderen Großstädten, das hat uns nicht gestört und unsicher haben wir uns nie gefühlt. Viertel und Haus sind jedoch von teilweisem Leerstand und Verwahrlosung geprägt, die Gehwege waren mit Sperrmüll übersäht. Das war schade, da es sich grundsätzlich um ein schönes Altbauviertel handelt.Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber bereits sehr verwohnt. Gereinigt war nur oberflächlich, teilweise waren die Oberflächen schmierig. In die Ecken und unter Betten schaute man besser nicht. Das geht definitiv besser und trübte den Gesamteindruck sehr

Zentral aber...

Der erste Eindruck, nachdem man sich die 4 Stockwerke hochgeschleppt hat war leider, dass man die Wohnungstürklinke in der Hand hatte. Hier fehlten zwei Schrauben. Leider bestätigte sich der erste Eindruck. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hing daneben (Wasser lief immerhin). Der Türgriff der Balkontür war ebenfalls lose und ließ sich kaum schließen.Die gesamte Ausstattung (Möbel) der Wohnung ist nicht hochwertig, aber zumeist funktional.Es war kein Bettzeug für die Betten 5 und 6 auf dem Schlafsofa vorhanden.Durch einen schnellen und sehr netten Kontakt zu einem Mitarbeitenden von der Nummer am Kühlschrank, konnte das Problem für unsere beiden Jüngsten am gleichen Tag geklärt werden (wäre aber ansonsten auch sehr kalt geworden).Der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung ist teilweise bedenklich (Haare auf dem Sofa, unter den Betten bzw. Sofa wurde so einiges gefunden, was nicht dahin gehört). Die Warmwasserleitung macht irgendwo zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer regelmäßig einen Riesenkrach. Auch der Boiler in der Küche kann mit der Geräuschkulisse mithalten. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie die Altbauwohnung an sich auch.Wir würden vermutlich nicht wiederkommen. Tut uns leid. Auch wenn der Preis günstig gewesen ist.
