The housekeeping staff were great! They were always willing to help. The location to the silver line and supermarket is great.

There should automatically be one bath towel for each guest. A guest should not have to ask. Great breakfast! Very clean!

We slept for maybe 3 hours both nights. Partying and yelling people in the halls. Staff doesn’t care. Management was inconsiderate. Complained at 230am to be met with “well we don’t hear anything”. I had to take videos of people screaming in the halls before anyone would take me seriously. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They ruined our trip.

Overall a good stay
Free breakfast, in room kitchen, room amenities, and proximately to the freeway were perfect for a college visit to the Boston area. Disappointed about $15/day parking charge, closed pool and the musty/moldy odor in the fitness room. The second day, we changed rooms since the "automatic deadbolt" stopped working - the hotel accommodated the request right away. Overall, we had a comfortable stay - aside from the few issues. We would book this hotel again.

Great Staff, Hotel WAY too Loud
Our flight was late, so we didn't get to the hotel until 1:30am. I had called them a couple of days before, and they assured us that it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, someone on the dayshift made a mistake and gave our room away. They were full by the time we got there, so they booked us at the hotel across the street, and they paid for it. They also reimbursed us for the night at their hotel, so we got that night for free. We moved in the next morning, and were put on the 2nd floor. We should have asked to move up. There is NO insulation between floors, and the guy above us made more noise than we had ever heard in a hotel before just from walking! But, as he moved out and others moved in, we realized the hotel was just cheaply designed. For 8 nights, we heard stomping back and forth. One night, there was a huge group that surrounded our room. They had music up so loud that we could hear it four doors down. They were also smoking pot, and since there's a huge gap between the door and the wall with a strong draft into the room, it filled our room. We called the front desk, and they handled it immediately. The group was kicked out! I'd say the staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond and were so friendly. The hotel itself looks pretty on the outside, but I wouldn't probably stay in any Homewood Suites again unless I can guarantee a room on the top floor.

The room was not very clean nor the bathroom. The kitchen was fairly clean but missing items. The bed were not comfortable, old mattresses and very little bedding blankets.

I paid for a room that cost more than the replacement room they put me and my wife in after informing them the shower wont turn on. The guy said he cant move me and that the tech people wont be in til tomorrow and im only here for ONE DAY. He said they’re coming at 12:30 and well by that time I’ll have to be checking out! Talking bout most he can do is gimme 15 dollars off IF I DIDNT SWITCH TO THE room he claimed he didnt have that was a DOWNGRADE FROM WHAT I PAID. Overall i used to love coming here but after that I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the convience of having a bar and restaurant on site that was open the weekends. The bartender Jennifer was phenomenal! Very friendly and made a great variety of drinks. Also, the daily continental breakfast was a huge plus too! The only complaint I have is that there were not any washers working, so I had to pay for laundry service.
