Nice and quiet
The hotel is nice, good rooms nice location close to the town centre. The hotel car park is only for small cars. There are a few spaces at the front which is ok.

This hotel was excellent. The location is a 5 min walk to the center of town. The breakfast was very good as well as the coffee shop located within the hotel. Would recommend to anyone going to bormio.

Absolutely great luxury hotel in the heart of the amazing Bormio. Everything you could hope for - modern rooms & facilities, great breakfast, excellent coffee shop, very quiet and a minute walk from the old town center. The staff was amazing, the room terrific and there's also a bike room. Can't recommend it enough. When in Bormio - book it - you'd be delighted.

Excellent accommodation and great breakfast. Limited choice for lunch and dinner but many very good places to eat out nearby. Lovely spa. Would definitely book again.

This is a very special property. So very well designed in every detail. Comfortable rooms with many wonderful amenities. Café downstairs has delicious food and wine. And the staff were so welcoming and also extremely helpful with a passport issue we had. Thank you!

Outstanding hotel! We came for a short break. Location in the Bormio centre is perfect and quiet. The quality of the room and spa is brilliant. The breakfast is refined and tailored to the individual customer. The staff could not be any more friendly. For our many requests they went out of their way to help. Finally, and importantly it is a hotel designed to cater for cyclists, with cycle storage room, guide routes and advise. We will be back next year.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Sottovento. The room was well layout, with a built-in kitchenette and a dining table that can sit four. The room was also well equipped with the necessary utensils and crockery. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay all the more enjoyable.

This is a little gem of a hotel in Bormio, in the proximity of the Stelvio Pass. There was a little confusion in terms of the bed arrangement that had been requested, but this was quickly remedied to our satisfaction - and we were, in fact, upgraded as a result. The rooms and the hotel in general are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is fresh and offers a good selection ( cold buffet). There is a pastry shop/café on the premises that offers exceptional treats and a lovely venue to sit out on the deck and enjoy the selections. The parking is a little tight by North American standards but does afford underground/secure parking. We noted a ski/bike room and were made aware of a sauna ( we didn't have the opportunity to use it) on the premises. The shopping and restaurants in Bormio are a 10 minute walk from the front door. The staff that we met were friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

We visited for 2 nights and would stay again. We can in summer and Bormio has great hikes and cycling. The skin resort is open for summer activities as well. Beautiful town! Our hosts knew us and were very helpful and gracious. Easy and less than 2 hours from Milan!

Great stay at Bormio
I enjoyed my 5 night stay there. Very friendly staff. 24hours open reception. Reserved parking space for the room. Good breakfast menu. Rooms are big and clean. They have everything you need like kitchen, microwave, mini fridge with complimentary drinks, washing machine for clothes. I will definitely stay there if i go to Bormio again.

Great stay in this fabulous hotel. Free spa which we used every day, breakfast included items from the chocolate shop attached. Rooms were immaculate, bike storage was provided and the parking is underground underneath the hotel.

The hotel was immaculate and the setting was stunning. Bormio is hard to get to but well worth it. The room was state of the art and included a washing machine and hideaway kitchen. Only downside was TV didn't have any English stations. Too bad we didn't try their sauna. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

Quality hotel in quiet location close to centre
There was three of us and we rented two rooms - very high quality hotel, recently renovated, quality fixings and furniture. Rooms had a small kitchen and balcony overlooking mountains. Good breakfast, there's also a bakery shop attached to the hotel with great cakes etc. Staff very helpful (we tried to fit our stretched limo in the underground car park but wouldn't fit - but the staff tried their best). Would definitely stay there again.

Davvero una bella esperienza. Accoglienza ineccepibile. Stanza adeguata, pulizia ottima, così come le “dotazioni” di cortesia; buonissima colazione servita in stanza. Per chi volesse usufruirne, a disposizione nella stanza, stoviglie, pentolame posateria, microonde, fuochi a induzione, lavatrice. Anche la possibilità di usufruire della SPA, una chicca. Una menzione particolare per Alessandra: molto professionale, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Persona veramente deliziosa. Grazie!
