Appartement très bien situé à proximité du lavandou tout est à proximité aucun besoin de voiture commerce à proximité. Bon accueil et très bonne activité

L’appartement est idéalement placé, très spacieux et très agréable. La terrasse donne accès à la plage directement. La literie est bonne. Les 3 clim sont plus qu’agréable. L’appartement est très bien meublé, nombreux rangements. Vraiment génial !!! Le seul « léger bémol » c’est la propreté. À la fin de notre séjour nous avons procédé à la visite avec la conciergerie après que jai fais le ménage, qui a duré 15 secondes. Donc si les personnes partent en ayant fait un ménage grossier, les nouveaux arrivants bénéficient de belles surprises... ou pas!

Appartement très bien situé proche de la mer et des commerces. Il est complet et bien équipé. Dommage que le ménage soit limite ( surtout la douche , poubelle ainsi que sous les lits…)

Très bon accueil de Virginie, bien organisé, à notre écoute. Elle répond quand on a besoin de ses services en cours de séjour. Seul bémol du séjour, les ustensiles cuisines usagés, les bains de soleils et chaises longues en mauvais état. Le matériel pourrait être amélioré sans se ruiner. Cela dit nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nos vacances fut superbes, malheureusement avons eu l appartement a moitier nettoyer les rideaux etaient salle ainsi que les coussins des fauteuils que nous avons du laver nous meme et avons mis des plaides sur chacun de c est fauteuils, avons trouvé une casserolle avec des pates noircies dans un des meubles enfin aapr sa tout c est bien passé et avons passé un tres beau sejour rien a dire sur abritel un bon service merci a vous

appartement comme descriptif mais ménage limite pas de tapie de douche vaisselle vielle tout et dépareillé c,est pourtant pas chère et manque de vaisselle par contre siffon de douche boucher na pas était vérifier par la femme de ménage ou homme de menage

Logement spacieux et agréable pour une famille avec deux jeunes enfants. La terrasse est vraiment très appréciable. La situation est parfaite: une plage très sympa est à quelques minutes à pied et la rue commerçante est tout près (mais pas de nuisances étant donné l’orientation du logement).

Belle appartement propre, lit confortable, et avec une très jolie terrasse. Soleil le matin, ombragée l'après midi. Accès à la plage directement à pieds. Juste à côté également des petits commerces. jolie balade jusqu'au Lavandou par le sentier du littoral. Le palais des glaces au Lavandou fait des glaces excellentes.

L’appartement a un emplacement idéal, première ligne de plage, aucun vis à vis. Jolie vue sur les jardins et la mer. La plage à côté est superbe, avec une piscine naturelle pour les enfants idéal! L’appartement est bien équipé et bien pensé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! La terrasse en rez de jardin est super pour profiter toute la journée!

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement relativement vaste, pratique et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement les petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le soleil du matin... Bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage et tout proche des commerces mais situé tout de même dans un endroit calme et tranquille (juste à côté des jeux des enfants). Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est disponible pour tous renseignements.

Appartement à 100 m de la belle plage de la faviere et 100 m du centre, avec les restaurants et les magasins. Très bien équipé, fonctionnel et spacieux. Très belles vacances. On reviendra !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement fin juin. Ce logement a beaucoup de points forts: - l’emplacement est parfait pour la plage d’un côté et la rue « touristique » pour le soir (restaurants, boutiques). Nous avons posé la voiture en arrivant et nous n’en avons pas eu besoin de la semaine. - La plage est une des plus belle de la région (sable fin). - En cas de drapeau rouge, l’accès à la piscine privée du port est un bon plan de secours. La piscine n’est pas trop loin, même à pied. - belle terrasse - grande douche - climatisation dans chaque pièce - adapté pour une famille. Par contre je ne crois pas qu’il y ait assez de chaises si vous êtes 6. - place de parking et résidence Le point qui peut être améliorer à notre avis est le ménage fait par la conciergerie. La douche et les WC étaient propres, mais sinon c’était très moyen (table et chaises de la terrasse, poussières/moisissures dans le cadre de porte des WC, les lits - on a trouvé une chaussette sale dans le lit à étage)

Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Anfang Juni) hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Feiner Sandstrand, überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Gute Restaurants in 2-5 Minuten Gehweite. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Stimmt, die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil wir bei Dauergutwetter eh immer draußen waren. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal kommen.

Très bien situé, conciergerie déplorable, prestations pas à la hauteur de la caution demandée, parasol et son pied hs, rideau métallique extérieur hs, pas de volet en fonction sur la moitié de la baie vitrée, interrupteur WC hs, prise courant dans salle de bain à fixer, dommage car cet appartement idéal demanderait plus d'attention pour une caution aussi importante.
