Amazing stay
This property is beautiful and the owners are amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 couples and the outdoor space is an added bonus. Unfortunately the weather was very rainy and chilly so never were able to use the pool. The owners go above and beyond, from going on our first grocery store run, to setting up a dinner with a chef, which introduced us to some traditional French foods. They also provided us with some nice wine and truly wonderful hospitality.

La communication, le processus d'enregistrement et de départ ont été parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons connu. L'équipe a été extrêmement utile en nous fournissant des informations, en parcourant la propriété et en nous aidant à nous installer. La maison elle-même est très moderne, extrêmement propre, spacieuse et extrêmement pratique pour se rendre au centre-ville. Il y a plusieurs boulangeries à proximité et un restaurant exceptionnel, Chez Vincent est à seulement cinq minutes. Une grande propriété et une grande expérience.

Perfect location to stay
The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with, the house is beautiful, and looks just the pictures. The location is great, close to a lot of bakeries, short walk to the grocery store and very close to downtown Bordeaux. I would highly recommending booking here and would absolutely stay here again. We couldn’t have been happier with everyone. Thank you again for a great home and hosts.

Family get away, close to a city
The owner is lovely and welcoming. His friend helps to translate and they go the extra mile to help you settle in, for us this included a guided tour and collecting our daughter from the train station. The owner responds to emails and queries quickly and allowed our daighter a later checkout which was much appreciate. The home is stunning and is very well equipped. We spent a lot of time around the pool and using the outdoor kitchen. The buses were easy to get into the city and theres a boulangerie across the road for fresh pastries. This is an excellent property for families or larger groups.

Lots of space for 10 adults, loads of gadgets, kitchen equipment, bbq, clean cool pool. Very helpful and all needs/ requests attended to very promptly. took us to supermarket for supplies .We had a lovely visit to Bordeaux and they were a great help to enable this. Would return again 😎

Comfortable house with excellent airconditioning and Wi-Fi, heated pool
We stayed for 2 weeks while on a cycling tour and had a really nice relaxing time. Breakfast by the pool at the pool house end, lunch inside with aircon and dinner at the house end of the pool; breakfast and dinner in the shade at the east and west ends respectively. Jan Jan and his sister Renée welcomed us and Renée kindly picked us up from Intermarché (1 km away) with our first enormous shop. Boulanger Ange (700 metres) worth the extra from the nearby baker as their baguettes were simply superior. The garden/pool area is totally protected from outside noise so is delightfully quiet. A wonyplace to stay.

This is a Six-Star Experience!
This is a truly beautiful property, set in lovely gardens and with a magnificent heated pool. The beauty of the villa is matched by the warmth of hospitality of the host, Jan Jan with assistance from Rene and Patrice. They went out of their way to welcome us and we were made to feel like one of the family. The villa itself has to be seen to be believed - an eclectic selection of original artwork and collectables, all chosen by Jan Jan to stimulate the senses. All beautiful and all meaningful. But the home itself is a work of art, superbly designed and maintained with nothing left to be desired by even the most demanding traveller. Every conceivable appliance is present, all of the highest quality. The fittings and furnishings are also chosen with care and are very high-end. This is a stay which, while totally indulgent, should not be missed. We can't rate it and its owner highly enough!

Beautiful home
Sometimes a property doesn’t look like the pictures, but Pictures cannot do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We got a very friendly personal greeting, and full tour of the property. The home had everything you could possibly need. Short walk to a supermarket and bakery, and easy to Uber into Bordeaux centre. Amazing property and incredibly friendly host. I would recommend it to anyone!

Joseph’s property is amazing, we had a fantastic stay, location is superb 10 minutes walk to 2 major supermarkets, Thai takeaway 2 minutes away, the number 5 bus stop takes a direct bus to the city and winerys, we asked for a private chef one night, this was accommodated easily, we will return

An outstanding property
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this house in Begles whilst we were in Bordeaux for a family wedding. Jan Jan was a pleasure to deal with and was very inviting. We had some challenges as our French speaking is very limited but he accommodated us well and used friends and family to help with any difficult translations. Our children thoroughly loved the pool, it was excellent and we also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting areas to relax on the warm evenings. The location is ideal and only a short drive or bus ride (use No 5 service) into central Bordeaux, less than 15mins. Also less than 1 hour to some splendid French beaches in the Archacon basin. The house is very well appointed in a modern moulin rouge style, with all of the mod cons you could ever want or need. I’d fully recommend staying here for a vacation in France, an exceptional home for all ages.

Cannot express how amazing this villa is. Absolutely stunning with every gadget and extra you can imagine. Jan Jan and Renee are incredible hosts and Renee took us to the supermarket on our arrival to collect staples for our stay. Only wish we had stayed for longer. Friends get together
This property is stunning. Plenty of room for a group of friends/family. Lovely having the pool for relaxing around and having a fun. The bus into Bordeaux is just around the corner from the property and runs every 10 mins. Patisserie/pizza/sandwich shop is 10 minute walk and supermarket is about 20min walk away. Jan the owner was very accomodating and his sister met us on arrival and took us to super market to get our provisions for the holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed out visit and look forward to returning

Superb Villa
Thank you for what was a beautiful and relaxing stay at your lovely villa. It was very stylish, fun and comfortable with everything to hand that we’d possibly need. Perfect Urban Oasis
Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids stayed for 2 nights while we explored Bordeaux. The property is tucked away in a residential neighborhood about 20 mins (by bus) from Bordeaux Town Center. The house was exceptionally clean and prepared for our arrival. The place is very modern and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed BBQ-ing and drinking wine. The bus stop is close and an easy way to get into Bordeaux. Jan Jan, the owner, met us on arrival with a big smile and provided a nice tour of the home. Would have loved to stay for longer as we really enjoyed our time there!

A gem of a property
M. Jean Jean and his sister M. Renée were superb hosts. They met us early, showed the property and then drove us to the supermarket so that we could buy groceries. The house is amazing, and well appointed and equipped. The heated pool was most welcome. The local neighborhood features several great restaurants within walking distance and two boulangeries for fresh baked goods. As a base for exploring Bordeaux and the local area, this property is hard to beat. Merci beaucoup for sharing your house.

Jan, Jan was a fantastic host, who went out of his way to not only accommodate us but to also ensure that we enjoyed his home and Bordeaux. He went above and beyond any expectations we had. An amazing property in which to celebrate a special birthday
I booked this house to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family and couldn’t have wished for a more lovely place. The owner Jan Jan and his sister were lovely, even taking us to the local supermarket to help us buy our supplies. I would totally recommend this place. We had a large group for a wedding and needed a place to accommodate 10 people. Joseph's villa was amazing and suited us very well. We had the opportunity to cook a meal for the entire group. which was very successful. They even did some aded things like took us to the store! Nice people and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect!
We had the most incredible long weekend in this house. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the showers are excellent, and having our own private outdoor area, pool and barbecue really was such a delight. Jan-Jan was incredibly kind and helpful, and overall everbody left incredibly satisfied (and wanting to come back!) The house is also conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you into town, and within walking distance from a huge supermarket, boulangerie and patisserie, which was perfect for us as we cooked a lot of our meals in the house (great kitchen, very well stocked with equipment). Overall we couldn’t reccomend this house enough - it’s brilliant.

Une belle demeure qui fait rêver. Nous avons passé un très bon week end entre copines. Il a fait très beau et chaud, la piscine était top. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The villa is really nice, clean and the garden and pool-house are an amazing place for a family or group of friends. Direct surroundings don’t have much to offer but it’s only 15min to city centre. Thanks Joseph for the hospitality!
