Staff was absolutely amazing - helpful, kind, generous and accommodating. Room was excellent. Bar area was great Michelin star restaurant was absolutely a delight. Price was fair for everything.

Beautifully appointed. Staff attentive and polite. Mariana did a beautiful job booking a 3 Michelin star restaurant on short notice and offered lovely options for visits around the area. Highly recommend

Beautiful place to stay
Our stay was unfortunately only one night. Beautiful property, quiet area but convenient. Room was perfect with many room gifts, chocolates, water, wine, juice, fruit, sodas all included. Could not of asked for more.

Quiet location. Modern facilities. Clean. Efficient and friendly staff. Lots of little attempts to make stay special like free minibar and nightly chocolate. Bordeaux is great too. Quiet upmarket and lots of shopping.

Le Palais Gallien was so far our favorite among the handful of top hotels we stayed in these last few days between Paris, Bordeaux, Biarritz, and San Sebastien. The hotel is charming with excellent amenities and the staff were perfect. We loved the room and the massage was amazing. This is definitely a memorable hotel that we will use in most new visits.

Small enough to feel exclusive but big enough to have the service of a larger 5* hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you and the room was very comfortable. A short walk from the busy area which we liked. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bordeaux.

Everything was absolute perfection! Gorgeous property, the staff was warm and friendly and we were there to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday and they did lovely things for us over and over again. Best hotel stay!!!

It's a nice hotel, quite small, with a small pool that is open 24 hours a day. There is a fantastic restaurant on site. We found the hotel calm and quiet, and the service was good. It is in a pretty good location in Bordeaux, which is a very handsome city. I suppose it comes down to price, if you are happy with the price there is nothing to fault with this hotel, for me to give it 5 stars it would have either to have been more spectacular or cheaper. But we enjoyed our stay.

on discharge from hospital after car accident my sister booked me in here they took a disliking to me and threz me out after 30 minutes they pretended to be full they called the police to eject me by force this all traces back to the owner of best western bordeux puttin me on a blacklist because i had complained of a smell of urine in my wardrobe!

A beautiful property!
We just loved this hotel and would most definitely stay here again. The property is lovely and the staff super friendly and efficient. Our room was very spacious with super comfy bedding and luxurious bathroom that included a separate toilet room. I can’t speak for the breakfast or restaurant, as we did not eat there. Overall, we had a memorable stay at Le Palais Gallien.
