Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

DISGRACEFUL
The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking, The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.

For example, we could have indicated the location of our disabled car park, we have dedicated spaces at the front of the establishment but also at the back. The room was big and pretty clean but the decor is dated and old. The bathroom is big and seems like it has been updated. They offer free parking but the gated parking lot became full quite early on in the evening. We parked our rental in the non-gated area and it was fine. This hotel is in an industrial area so there’s not much to see around. Next time I will stay closer to town to where all the actions are.

Good location, I had booked for two adults and one child including breakfast only to be told when we checked in that I have to pay for the child’s breakfast, when I said it was already payed for they told me no it wasn’t. The beds I found uncomfortable, we couldn’t open the curtains as it looked over on a bar so not private. I feel the room could of been cleaner. The breakfast was good

A Quiet Base for Visiting Bordeaux
The hotel was an easy base for visiting the centre of Bordeaux as the tram stop was very close and a direct route to the centre and if their hadn’t been improvement works direct to the railway station! The bed was very comfortable and the shower very good! Their is a choice of restaurants close by but your regular chains! The restaurant at the Ibis was average by French standards! All in all a very good quiet base for visiting Bordeaux

Would use again.
Good service, good parking and an easy tram ride into the centre. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Really enjoyed stay. Also easy access to airport about 20 mins.

We asked for 2, single beds, I think due the French blocking road there was 100 -150 police staying in the hotel and thus the demand for singles was high, our bed only had a topper for a mattress, our backs were in agony, unable to sleep due to the noise, normally we confidently book Ibis rouge, very dissapointed

Ibis Good Business Hotel
Good hotel. Older hotel that was remodeled sometime in the past. Nothing fancy. No toiletries, few towels, minimal service. Staff is friendly and helpful and the speak enough English to get things done. A few restaurants in walking distance and very close to Palais de Congress. Tram stop very close for trip downtown Bordeaux. Areas seems safe.

Great location
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years. Great access to motorways. Trams on the doorstep to take you into the city. The restaurant is excellent. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Car parking is very secure. All in all a very good experience.

Quick stop off on the way back from Spain and on the way to Andorra, great staff very helpful, spoke English very well. The room had air conditioning and very large bed and room. The hotel was very easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Soccer playoff game
It seemed like a striped basic room with no amenities- no basic needs. Check in was long. Breakfast may have been good but had to leave early. Best part was being close to the soccer stadium. It was a distance from the town and train station.

A clean and friendly hotel well placed for tram access to the heart of Bordeaux. Excellent breakfast choice and restaurant on site, although there are also plenty of other restaurant options in easy walking distance.

Hotel perfect for short break. Great access to motorway, trams are frequent to take you into Bordeaux. A view of lake from our room, the restaurant is excellent and the food very high quality.

Flying one night visit close to motorway, perfect.
Arrived 3.30pm on our way to Spain, very handy for the motorway network. relaxing having a quiet meal in their restaurant which is excellent very well staffed. Very quiet room and the bed comfortable.

very happy overall with the provided facilities for the price. the bed , bathroom and all facilities provided were clean and very good quality. I was actually very impressed with the comfort and quality of the room for the price. Considering this experience I would definitely look to book with Ibis hotels in the future.

Good value if you do not mind being shouted at!
The stay was good and I have to mention Agnes who served us at the bar and in the restaurant. She was an absolute delight, and had us chuckling frequently. Even though she was fantastic, I have rated it low because of the attitude of one member of staff in the dining room. A waiter called Walid, shouted at me when I pointed something out to him. It was loud enough that people 3 tables away could hear him. We also had a problem because I had booked 2 rooms for one night, then 1 room for a second night. Initially they thought we had only booked 1 room. Then they thought that we had not paid, and try to charge us again. Thankfully I had taken the paperwork for both bookings. This also caused a problem because their system would not let us charge to our room, so had to pay after every meal or drink.
