Just minutes from Town of Boonville and not far from Adirondack Park with endless lakes and hiking. Wood burning stove and propane heaters for toasty winters, and mountain breeze in summer. Long winding new gravel driveway up mountain side assures ultimate privacy but may need ATV/side x side or snowmobiles when snow.
