IN THE PEACE of the countryside in a small hamlet, our terraced house "TY AR MEN", with large terrace and private CLOSED GARDEN, totally INDEPENDENT, spacious and warm (neat and personalized decoration), typically Breton, classified 3 *** in " Meublé de Tourisme" and labeled 3 Keys on the "CLEVACANCES" site for its calm and COMFORT. (Accommodation checked regularly by the label).
Only one small animal is accepted (only on the ground floor and with a supplement of 30€ per stay). GARDEN completely fenced with a fence, lined with a hedge and closed by a gate.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE, days of the week and times at your CONVENIENCE: contact us. It is always with pleasure that we exchange with holidaymakers.

Un endroit parfait/ a perfect spot
Très propre et confortable. Beaucoup de renseignements pour les randonnés à pied ou en vélo. Tout près de Le Bono et de la côte - on peut aller à pied. On espère de revenir ! Lovely comfortable property. Very well provided. Loads of information about walks etc. Easy walk to Le Bono and the sea. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful rural setting near the sea
The lodging was located in a historical hamlet called Trévien between the nearby towns of Le Bono & Baden. The interior of the house is decorated very elegantly, with exposed ceiling beams in the first floor. The owners are very well organized and explained everything that I needed to know about the house. They had lots of tourist brochures and maps available. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable stay! A Perfect Vacation Home/Une maison de vacances parfaite
This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and we will certainly come back for another visit. It is wonderful for a short or long stay. Mr and Mme Gaudin were the most gracious, kind, and helpful hosts. They shared with us many beautiful places to visit within a very short distance and all the amenities that are needed right nearby. They were always available if needed. We enjoyed our walks into the village, along the water, and through the many forest and seaside trails. The house was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable. We were looking for a place that offered all the comforts of home and this was it. The kitchen was furnished with everything and the furniture very comfortable. The beautiful yard and gardens made the stay very relaxing. The entire property has been lovingly cared for. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle maison et nous reviendrons certainement pour une autre visite. C'est merveilleux pour un court ou long séjour. M. et Mme Gaudin étaient les hôtes les plus aimables, gentils et serviables. Ils ont partagé avec nous de nombreux endroits magnifiques à visiter à une très courte distance et toutes les commodités nécessaires à proximité. Nous avons apprécié nos promenades dans le village, le long de l'eau, et à travers les nombreux sentiers forestiers et balnéaires. La maison était impeccable, propre et très confortable. Nous recherchions un endroit qui offrait tout le confort de la maison et c'était tout. La cuisine était meublée avec tout et le mobilier très confortable. La belle cour et les jardins ont rendu le séjour très relaxant. Toute la propriété a été entretenue avec amour.

The Perfect Location /L'emplacement parfait
(En anglais puis en français) This beautiful home was a wonderful find, in a lovely location, with magnificent hosts. Mr et Madame Gaudin were perfect and gracious hosts who met us upon arrival and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for us and shared many local attractions and delicious dining choices. There are many beautiful villages and coastal gems to see nearby. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed coffee and croissants in the morning while listening to the birds and looking out over the lovely landscape. It felt like home. The location was perfect and peaceful with beautiful gardens and close to many amenities. It is a wonderful location for walking, outdoor activities, dining, and exploring village life. We are very appreciative and look forward to our return! Cette belle maison était une merveilleuse trouvaille, dans un endroit charmant, avec des hôtes magnifiques. M. et Madame Gaudin étaient des hôtes parfaits et courtois qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et se sont mis en quatre pour nous assurer une expérience confortable et agréable et ont partagé de nombreuses attractions locales et de délicieux choix de restaurants. Il y a beaucoup de beaux villages et de joyaux côtiers à voir à proximité. Les lits et les meubles étaient très confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le café et les croissants le matin tout en écoutant les oiseaux et en admirant le magnifique paysage. C'était comme à la maison. L'emplacement était parfait et paisible avec de beaux jardins et à proximité de nombreuses commodités. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour la marche, les activités de plein air, les repas et la découverte de la vie du village. Nous sommes très reconnaissants et attendons avec impatience notre retour!

In a convenient location in close proximity to the gulf of Morbihan. Wide selection of places to visit all within easy driving distance. Nice and quiet with very private rear garden fully equipped with outdoor furniture. Many thanks to the gitte owners Mr. & Mrs. Gaudin for their hospitality.

Vibrations du passé dans un cadre moderne; clé en main y compris directives pour utilisation de la maison, guide d’événements, d’activités, de commodités, de restauration; très bien situé pour visiter les environs du golfe du Morbihan, sentiers à pied et propriétaires très accueillants à l’arrivée et au départ. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
Das Haus ist wunderschön und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Im Haus ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man benötigt, wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind aber in den nahen Ortschaften gut zu erreichen. Sandstrand und Wasser ist etwas weiter entfernt, wer jeden Tag Baden will, hat damit vielleicht ein Problem. Für uns war es keines, da die Umgebung durch abwechslungsreiche Landschaft besticht. Es gibt immer was zu entdecken und zu erkunden, ob mit dem Auto, dem Rad oder zu Fuß. Etwas unschön ist die Sickergrube im Garten, je nachdem entstehen schonmal unangenehme Gerüche, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Empfindliche Nasen sollten das berücksichtigen. Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr, sehr schöner und wundervoller Urlaub. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Wenn möglich, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Très bel endroit calme
La location est très bien située. Brigitte, la propriétaire est fort sympathique et donne le maximum de renseignements pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux. Dans un petit hameau au calme et proche à la fois du joli petit port "Le BONO" et de BADEN. Promenades et balades possibles et faciles d'accès pour admirer la beauté du Morbihan et son patrimoine.

Schönes Ferienhaus- immer einen Besuch wert!
Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit eigenem Garten, Garage und Stellplatz. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt - es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die freundliche Betreuung und Einweisung durch die Eigentümerin Madame Gaudin war sehr informativ mit vielen Hinweisen auf sehenswerte Ausflugsziele, Märkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich hier einen gemütlichen Tag machen ,der Garten bietet absolute Privatsphäre und lädt zu schönen Stunden auf der Terrasse oder der Sonnenliege ein. Die prächtigen Hortensien und Rosen sind eine Augenweide. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen zwischen 2 Ortschaften ( Baden und Le Bono) in sehr gepflegter Umgebung, ideal für Radausflüge. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants und Creperien, Bäckereien und Supermärkte. - Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen . - Sehr nette Gastgeber, wir hatten einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub - Immer wieder ein Besuch wert!

Großartiger Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub ind den ersten beiden Septemberwochen 2023. Das Ferienhaus liegt absolut ruhig und doch sehr günstig für Ausflüge. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten, den Tag zu gestalten. Bezaubernde kleine und größere Orte, Inseln, schöne Märkte, eine Vielzahl an sauberen und tollen Stränden, gute Radwege und eine großartige Landschaft. Wir können eine ganz klare Empfehlung geben. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für fünf Personen, eine Garage für Auto und Fahrräder ist vorhanden und ein Garten mit ausreichend Möbeln lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das wunderschöne, sehrö gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Lebensmittel...) und ein sehr gutes Restaurant sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
