Shower curtains do not fit showers so water goes all over floor. No soap dish in shower have to place on floor of shower. Not all lights work in room.

The ice machine was not working during our stay, was told to go to the neighboring hotel to get ice if we needed any - should have purchased bags of ice to accommodate your visitors especially since the machine had been down for several days. only ONE ice machine for guests. At breakfast the toaster and microwave were not working the 1st morning and the yogurt machine was not functioning both days. As an adult children's juice boxes are not something I want to drink from, quality of juice is way below average and the straws are way too small. The shower curtain had SEVERAL faded stains and should have been replaced. No do not disturb sign in room, had to make our own. The front desk staff were professional, personable and apologetic, however for a new hotel we found these issues unacceptable.

Walked in, no one at the desk, rang the bell on the desk, no response, called twice. to the property, heard the front desk phone ringing in front of me, no one answered the phone on two different calls. Other hotel occupant was in the lobby and advised that the front desk person was cleaning in another area of the hotel.

The property was new. The breakfast was the only demerit I would give it. Why does Best Western always serve an "out of a box" breakfast? The eggs were probably the worst of the items on the menu.

Thete was no hot water for the whole weekend. I had family inthe same hotel,but could not call ròm to room. Now i find out when got home that they ran my card and i paid cash ehen i checkef in on friday nite Oct 13,so they are charging me twice for a weekend that i was very dissatisfied with amyway.

The staff was accommodating and professional. The establishment itself was lacking. Elevators did not work, no hot water for showers, pool was closed for repairs, WiFi was out. There was hair in the shower from previous customers.

The bathtub in our room still had used soap and hair all in it. So it obviously wasn't cleaned very well. The pool was moldy and green so my son was disappointed, we wanted to swim for his birthday. There was vomit in the parking lot and the gravy at breakfast was brown chunky water..if anything.

I didnt get any names, but the lady at the front desk was wonderful!!! The lady that did the breakfast was so nice and helpful as well. The room was clean and comfy. We would stay here again 100%.

I was given a room that was not ready. Gym had no towels on both days I used and HVAC was not working. Staff was nice but didn’t act like they worked at hotel. I say this as I observed them sitting on couch watching TV and talking on their cell phone or Sitting with friends in the dinning room.

The floors in the common areas didn't look like they've been mopped in the 6 weeks they've been open. We had to find someone just so we could check in. We went through 2 sets of room keys and then was finally given a master key to use for the weekend which I was very uncomfortable with especially after she stated she had to give someone else one of those too. The room did not have the security latch, only the door lock. We didn't know the pool wasnt open until we tried to go swimming.

New place still working out some issues but check in stall we’re so helpful. Breakfast was excellent/Judy was the nicest person. My suggestion would be for home office get some there that knows how to set up rooms. The gal that did the set up missed a lot of needs for visitors and from what I understand had the staff move furniture from the useful/workable set that was originally placed in the correct area. I still rate it a 10 - all issues can be fixed with little more time. It was so nice to have a good bed and really great towels

Some Quirks But ALL GOOD!!!
This is a brand new hotel. So they still have some issues that need to be fixed. But I just went with it. First room had no tv access and door wouldn’t lock but they switched us to another room. But someone was there but it was quickly fixed. Wasn’t a bid deal he had just walked in and realized he was given wrong room. System has some quirks that need fixing. But again they were really nice about everything. The beds were awesome. Pillows were amazing. The AC worked great. You have to wait for a bit for one warm/hot water but hey it’s super hot outside so no biggie. Breakfast was a country breakfast and the pancake machine was awesome. So far beat one I have seen work that great. Judy was awesome. Very friendly and she will let you know how to work the pancake machine and where everything is located so you can eat well!!! Over all we enjoyed it. I understand how things can happen so for me this wasn’t a deal breaker. I will be back if I’m ever out this way again. Be kind to others and understanding and then things will work out for you. Very nice place. Thank you for your kindness towards us and Judy again was amazing!!!
