The hotel was reserved through Expedia which offered 1 room left at a specific rate and the room had 3 beds. We were charged for a more expensive room and did not receive what we booked in regards for the room. The hotel was not willing to work with us and neither was Expedia. Both companies keep passing the blame to the other and nothing has been resolved. Do not stay here. It is a cheep raggity place.

I wouldn't stay here again.
Elevator was out of service. Not a good parking place even so it is listed with free-parking. The room is too small, and has no view. Not enough chairs for people to sit. Awkward TV location on top of headboard!

we attempted to check in around 2 pm . hotel was closed and re-opened after 3pm.. we were using this hotel only as we transitioned from germany into italy. in that respect it served its purpose

Hotel in ristrutturazione. Ascensore foderato di cartoni e personale nei corridoi a dipingere. Nessuna 8ndicazione dei lavori in esecuzione e nonostante ciò la tariffa richiesta era piena. Stanze spoglie, doccia inadegiata. Colazione 20 euro a testa per 3 fette di prosciutto un uovo ed uno yogurt di una marca che normalmentw viene acquistata al discount. Sinceramente le 3 stelle sono assolutamente inadegiate. Unica nota posit8va la receptionist verente gentile

Buongiorno sig. Fabio, ci dispiace che non si sia trovato bene nella nostra struttura. Facciamo presente che lei ha prenotato una stanza doppia uso singolo sul sito di Expedia e quindi ha pagato la tariffa proposta da Expedia per due persone. Il costo della colazione contrariamente a quanto scrive lei è di € 10,00 a persona. Causa COVID, la colazione attualmente viene servita. Abbiamo un menu, dove lei però può scegliere quello che desidera. Oltretutto può ripetere le volte che vuole. Facciamo presente che si tratta di sole cose fresche. Per quanto riguarda i lavori di strutturazione per fortuna durano per un corto periodo di 3 settimane. Purtroppo lei è capitato in questa fase. Ciò nonostante voglio far presente che ci teniamo nel tenere la struttura in uno stato del tutto pulito. Ci pare ingiusto dare un voto così negativo per il fatto che per salvaguardare l'ascensore l'abbiamo rivestito e che ha visto qualche operaio pitturare il corridoio con un nuovo colore. Il fatto che lei veda delle ristrutturazioni in un periodo così difficile per il turismo è una nota positiva e non negativa. Riteniamo che le stanze siano assolutamente ad un livello di 3 stelle. Ci avrebbe fatto piacere ricevere il suo feedback al momento del suo pernottamento e probabilmente sarebbe andato via del tutto soddisfatto.

Obwohl das Hotel ganz in der Nähe einer ganz belebten Piazza liegt, ist es absolut ruhig. Mir scheint, es ist auch ganz neu, denn am Montag Morgen waren verschiedene Handwerker im Haus, haben aber überhaupt nicht gestört.

Es war ok aber nicht empfehlenswert
Das Zimmer hatte das Nötigste jedoch war das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt und bis die Klimaanlage kalte Luft geblasen hat sind über 2 Stunden vergangen. Ebenfalls war die Lüftung im Bad wirklich sehr sehr laut (im aber auch außerhalb des Badezimmers) Im Ganzen war es ok aber ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen

Guten Abend, tut uns Leid, dass sie sich im Hotel nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Allerdings sind wir im Sommer mit 38°C, daher ist es normal, dass das Zimmer aufgehitzt ist. Das Hotel hat eine neue Klimaanlage (Jahr 2019) und funktioniert sehr wohl. Wir empfehlen bei allgemeinen Problemen sich direkt an der Recepetion zu wenden, da man in diesen Fall das Problem leicht lösen hätte können. Die Lüftung im Bad ist ebenfalls neu und schaltet bei Abschaltung des Lichtes im Bad aus. Nächstes Mal bitte melden, anstatt schlecht schreiben.
