Hotel is really nice. My spanish isn't great but staff was patient with me using my phone for translating. Breakfast was good, some days better than others without a lot of variety but always find something good to eat. THERE IS NO AC IN THE ROOMS. Which is pretty common in Bogotá, but something some foreigners may find strange or uncomfortable. During our visit the weather was consistently 65°F so having the two small windows open in our room was comfortable. I say one of my favorite things was the shower did have water pressure!!! This hotel had the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel before. Having long, thick curly hair that is something I greatly appreciated.

Awesome hotel. Their staff are very friendly and helpful on whatever we need. Me and my wife had a wonderful stay and we are coming back to stay for a week in the next 3 weeks. Thank you HD Hotel!! You may our stay as a pleasure time!!!

Hotel don't have A/C unit. Internet is not strong enough to handle the demand. TV channels , no many options. The front door of the building or reception is constantly locked and nobody is at the desk to receive the guests.

The location is excellent and the staff is courteus, helpful and informative. It has a small gym, and a very nice open terrace with comfortable heating. We were in a room facing the street which was very noisy since we kept the windows open. We were immediately moved to another room in the back which was very quiet. We had a great stay. My only issue was that the hotel does not have central ventilation, which normally is not an issue since Bogota has very comfortable weather. It was unreasonably hot during our stay and the windows do not open sufficiently to ventilate the room. They did give us a fan which helped in the evenings. We were out most of the day, but would have been uncomfortably hot in the middle of the day to be in the room

Poor hygiene
Second stay at this hotel, first time we stayed the bed had some hairs, we thought it was a one time occurrence, however I thought giving a second chance and this stay also have hairs not only on the bed and sheets but all the pillows. Definitely it is a fact that they don’t change the sheets.

Super bien ubicado en USAQUÉN, una subdivision de Bogotá, que aparentemente te brinda un poca más de confianza en cuento a seguridad con respecto a otros lugares de Bogotá. Restaurantes cercas, hospitales, clínicas, cafés, todo cerca sin necesidad de manejar. El Hotel es excelente por su precio! Los desayunos son muy completos, aunque aconsejo prepagarlos justo con la reservación, sale mas económico de esta manera. -Me hubiese gustado que el restaurante estuviese abierto para la cena por lo menos. -La higiene es increíble, aunque nada es perfecto, mantienen un gran standard de limpieza, se puede sentir tan solo caminar por los pasillos, un aroma exquisito se puede percibir por todos lados. -Estuve por 10 Dias, y no me caben las palabras de agradecimiento para todo el staff, especialmente para el personal del Front Desk, y sobre todo para el Botones y agente de Frost Desk Andrés, me ayudo muchísimo con una intoxicación por comida que tuve por ingerir ciertos tipos de alimentos en un Restaurante localizado en la esquina anterior del Hotel que se llama Sopas Y Sopita, cuidado con esto! -Algo que si me costó mucho los primeros días es el exceso de ruido que se puede percibir a toda hora, por la cantidad increíble de trafico que hay, y las habitaciones no son a prueba de sonido, y como no hay aire acondicionado (según por el clima templado de Bogotá) hay que abrir las ventanas. Del resto me hicieron sentir bienvenido a mi primer viaje a Bogotá. Gracias a todos!

el hotel es comodo y esta bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas un poco viejitas y también calientes, pero con los ventiladores se ayuda mucho. especificamente en mi habitación en el baño siempre había un mal olor que deberían corregir. en general el personal super amables, nos ayudaron en todo y los desayunos deliciosos.

My room did not have AC, and rooms were with windows open during the day, I guess to let the rooms get fresh air. Maybe the rooms only have a small air duct. At night the rooms were hot, and on top of that very noisy. No beverages in the room available to consume/purchase. Limited staff in the front area, sometimes none to guide new guests.

Mi mejor estancia en Colombia, los recepcionistas son los mejores, te reciben de una manera muy amable y servicial cada vez que los necesitas y se preocupan por que estés disfrutando tu estadía. El personal de limpieza al cuarto es más que amable y puedes estar seguro de que si se te pierde algo ellos te lo dejarán en un lugar visible para que lo encuentres. El área es bastante buena, aún que aveces cruzar la calle es una misión hay bastantes puntos de interés cerca, Hay unos centros comerciales a menos de 5 minutos caminando que son inmensos, les recomiendo bastante quedarse aquí si lo que buscan es seguridad, precios bajos, comodidad, limpieza y un excelente servicio.
