This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location in Bogotá. It's a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. If I could change one thing it would be to have a microwave in the rooms, but the kitchen staff will heat something up for you if you need. It's walkable to a handful of good food spots and a grocery store. Overall a great hotel and my first lick when staying in Bogotá.

Bad service at dining. Didn’t serve food as requested. Steak cold and hard. Very noisy heating system all night. Ice machine not visible, had to go to front desk to find it. Hotel too far to the airport. Will never go back

The hotel is quiet and the the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was that check in was very long. There were 5-7 people waiting and two people available to assist customers. Then, one Hotel employee left leaving only one employee to assist in check in. It was as if the employee saw all the people and intentionally left the one to assist all of us. It was very late, after midnight, and the time it took to check in was frustrating, especially at that late hour and after a long flight. Our check in assistance was friendly and helpful, but I felt badly for the work she was forced to do on her own. To make matters worse, her printer was not working and was constantly beeping,

My wife and I have stayed here several times and we enjoy the nice breakfast, shuttle to and from the airport, and relaxing at the lounge while having drinks. Great staff and very clean. We will be staying again in the future!

We stayed here for an overnight stopover and everything was perfect from the free shuttle to the check-in and check-out. Room was very modern and clean and beds were comfy with any ammenities you may need including a pool and hot tub. Room service from the restaurant was great as well and food was delicious. We would definitely recommend to anyone either stopover over in Bogota or staying for a trip. Thank you for the great experience!

Let me start by saying normally I love staying at this property when I visit Colombia. I usually visit 3-4 times a year and stay at this property when I arrive and depart due to quality of service. Unfortunately this trip is the first exception. When I arrived this trip, check in on the first day I arrived took about 5 minutes as usual. When I checked in a week later before my departure day it took about 25-30 minutes with nobody in line in front of me, just took the receptionist longer which isn’t the first time this particular receptionist has taking longer and or giving me issues because the immigration officer did not check my passport perfectly in central of stamp so he wanted to change me taxes. The next issue occurred with the house keeping. The first day my mom was visiting in a separate room the house keeping knocked on her door at 8:30 am getting her out of the shower. Check out was at 1, there was no reason to rush her. The same happened to me and my fiancé, I was there three nights, the second morning we got a knock about 9:30 am, the third morning a knock at 8 am getting us out of bed and then again at 1130 while we were getting ready. Not to mention there was no do not disturb signs in room (which we didn’t notice till last day) but I don’t think I should have to have it on door at 8 am or day of check out, let us get ready and clean after we leave. Unfortunately there is more but I am limited, and will reconsider staying for next trip in may
