Bocas Del Mar provided excellent service beyond expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic during our adult family of 3 stay, January 2021. The hotel has less than a few dozen units, most or all of which have wonderful views of the sea. Onsite food services are good and the chef provides a variety of meals, especially for lunch and dinner. Our room had hot water, comfortable beds, periodic room service and was well apportioned. We used several amenities, property features, and extended services including; the infinity pool, room service, massage, early morning "to-go" breakfasts, taxi shuttle to the small town of Boca Chica, airport transfer, one way shuttle to Boquete, a day fishing/snorkling on the sea, printing official documents, private meal preparation of fresh fish, and use of the bar for specialized cocktails. The management team services day and night and the staff are friendly. This is the only hotel I would return to in Boca Chica which meets typical expatriate four star hotel services of major chain providers (Hilton, Marriott, etc.).
