Our location is simply the best! Our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located just minutes away from Downtown. We are in close proximity to UAB Hospital which makes us an ideal location for traveling nurses. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and it’s surrounded by many things to do. If you’re looking for entertainment the Birmingham Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Boutique style shops are just around the corner. There are several great restaurants, parks and a public golf course nearby. Not to mention the quick accessibility to the interstate. Again location, location, location!

Travel Baseball in Alabama!
Perfect location for PG baseball tournament! House is beautiful and many bedroom options for 3 families. Garage parking was a little challenging for us only because we had 2 full size SUVs however we make it work. Enjoyed our stay and our boys actually won the PG 17U National Elite Championship which was a great way to end the week. Totally recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay.

The property was just as expected and worked really well for our group. We had events in Downtown, Homewood and Mountain Brook and it was easy to get to them all. The A/C worked great on a hot weekend and the beds were very comfortable! My only complaint would be parking, we did have three vehicles and one was too large for the garage. We also did not feel comfortable with the “across the street” parking option on a busy road, luckily we were able to leave our third car at a friends house. The garage parking is tight and takes extra effort to shuffle in and out and have someone enter/exit separately to open/close the garage.

Our grandchildren and son in law came down with Fifth’s Disease, which is a very contagious virus, so our group couldn’t go. We got physician notes and are filing with our trip insurance. We have rescheduled the vacation stay there at another house with VRBO for next week.

Spacious and updated.
We enjoyed our stay at this house and would stay again. The mountain brook area is absolutely stunning! This house was pretty updated and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small children. We forgot our pack n play and were pleasantly surprised to find one in the upstairs closet along with a baby gate for the stairs! The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived and I notified the manager. Communication was good & quick and we had the wifi up and going quickly. The garage is very tight to park two larger vehicles but there is parking on the street as well. We had enough space overall for our 2 vehicles but keep in mind if you have a larger group.

Host was very responsive to questions. Check in was rough as keypad did not work. It’s a hassle to have to go through the house to open garage door. The pots and pans were old and need to be replaced. Location is good.

Very comfortable place to stay. Convenient to Samford and great dining options. I would recommend a larger coffee maker for the amount of guests the house can hold but this is not a deal breaker, just a suggestion.
